will not go back

I took my car there over a year ago to get the ac unit fixed and a few weeks after my seals blew and my car would over heat and the transmission went. I did not think anything about it just my car was old. Now I took my truck in to have repairs done and it started shifting hard so I checked my transmission oil and it was double the amount needed. I called and at first they did not check it then they did. So needless to say the day after I get it back my transmission oil is doubled. Thankfully we checked it and fixed the issue before anything major happened to cost us a large repair bill. I can not say they did it because there story changed and I was not there and it was not on my paperwork of course but with this being strike 2 I will not return. I do not want to risk anything else going wrong the day after so I need to bring it back. This really sucks because we are 2 states away and now are late to the place we were going. The other repair shop knowing we would probably never return gave us great advice. Never go back to a shop that try to cause more problems then you originally had to make a better income. This sucks because the people are nice there.

This place will burn a customer over a $3 part. Just as the manager Jeremiah Explanation - After recent work done to my muffler, a $3 gasket failed, causing me to fail my inspection. Instead of making a customer happy, Jeremiah told me to kick rocks and do the job myself. SKIP this place and go to any of the dozens of other garages within 5 miles.

I took my Ford Explorer to Frogs to have a front end alignment, I was told they coud not do the work because it needed left control arm and right upper ball joint, I was given a estimate of 503.50. Well that did not seem right to me so we had a second opinion and as we thought it did not need any of that work all it needed was shocks. So I suggest to anyone that is going there whatever they say please have a second opinion. I know they would have charged for work that it did not need..... Please go someplace else. Don't get this place to do work on your car.......

Ill never go to another mechanic again. Theyre friendlier and cheaper then any other mech ive been to. Idk what the other women are talking about. Im willing to bet they didnt keep up on their maitenance.

Very satisfied. Have not required any major repair but so far, so good. Friendly staff and mechanics, timely, and I feel they are honest, hard working folks. I was impressed that they brought over an extremely dirty filter to another customer and showed him the filter and asked his permission before they changed it. No second guessing that was needed! I'd recommend giving them a try!

I was kicked around like a soccer ball. I still cant believe it. I more or less left in tears crying over the way I was talked to. After reading the reviews its clear which ones were written by real customers and which were written by employees, family or friends. Unless you enjoy being put in tears, I would never recommend this garage. Would not even give 1 STAR but cant post review unless something is given. But on a good note, found a garage few miles from me that fixed my car within 48 hrs for half the price I was quoted.

Considering I spent almost $1,000, they had my car for a week and still the problem is not fixed, then when I take it back they try to pull the "It's the domino effect" meaning hey we didn't get it right the first time. Because domino means a new problem not the original. I would highly recommend taking your car, truck, van somewhere, anywhere but to Frog's. Was charged for diagnostic testing (couldn't of been done or they would of known the oxygen sensor he charged for and replaced was not needed and it was in fact the ecm. Again receipt stated he test drove it, again another lie or the original problem would of been recognized. So be smart...DON'T GET FROGERIZED

I have been going to Froggs since they opened in Maurertown. I have no idea what Pamela and Gypsy are talking about. Chris and Jeremiah take care of ALL of my vehicles. ( 5 so far) I have never been over charged of given the wrong advise on my verticals, as a matter of fact, I cannot ever remember them charging enough for labor. Come on ladies, STOP trying to hurt honest and trusted mechanics. I can not believe a word you have written. Better luck next time. I am willing to let Froggs us me as a reference. Are willing to prove what you are claiming.
