This review is easy to write, as my experiences have always been positive. One can trust that the job will be diagnosed and repaired properly. Tony is scrupulously honest, as is his staff. They are very friendly and take their time explaining in detail the problem your car is having, and if they determine that another problem may occur soon they advise you of the situation, so that you might avoid it. i.e. worn brake pads etc. One can do business here with confidence!!

Needed an oil change and the battery terminals cleaned and anti corrosion coated. Got an update phone call within 30 minutes. The Battery was dying and posed a potential mid winter failure. Which could have left me stranded... not a desired prospect of any Central New Yorker, in winter! Tony recommended that the battery be replaced. He recommenced an Interstate battery. All work was done within an hour of the update call. Checked it out the next day just because I wanted to see the battery terminals (Which had a different configuration than I was accustom to and I've never had an Interstate battery before.) I was impressed with the battery terminals anti corrosion treatment/coating and terminals continuation/positioning. Great job, great price for the battery!

I brought my car here 4 times and twice he charged me way too much. He charged me $85 dollars for rear brake shoes (just the part which cost about $20) and $85 for labor, $9 for spray lubricant and $5 for a sanding disk. Spray lube and sandpaper are tools of the trade. I've never had anyone charge me for them. It would be like a Dr charging your for the use of his scalpel or a carpenter charge you for the use of his hammer. I'll never go back. Ripoff!
