I don't usually take the time to write a review but felt compelled to warn others of the insidious business practices going on at this establishment! Who ever thinks Lee Myles of Bohemia is honest must be friends of Brian, the manager over there! Maybe they get free car repairs for saying good things about the place? Frankly it's the most dishonest repair shop I have ever had the misfortune of going to. DON'T DO BUSINESS with them! They are a bunch of greedy liars and make up more lies as they go along. I was told by Brian, (when I considered towing my car back out of there) that the final total would be 600 and included the towing and diagnostics but in the end it wasn't...they also charge $150 for oil changes without informing you! I am having my car looked at by a real auto repair professional just to make sure the work was actually done. If the manager was dishonest about the pricing who knows what else he was lying about... we ended up shelling out $900 dollars for a simple $387 repair. Don't make the same mistake we made.

Previous review sounds at lot like mine. Had a transmission rebuilt for $$$ and it blew a short time later. They disassembled my transmission again and claimed that I abused the car so my warranty was void. Huh? The car went 90K without a rebuild. 7K after their repairs it blew up. Draw your own conclusions.

As always service here is the best. Dave and Brian are always top notch. Temp this Saturday was in the upper 90's with real feel over 100, and they still got my Jeep in and out in less than an hour. I have been coming here for several years now and will never go anywhere else.

An absolute nightmare. Dishonest and greedy. Here is my story: My car broke down at a gas station on Motor Parkway. After filling up my tank, the car would not turn on, even after getting a jump start, so I knew it was more serious than a battery. I had an oil change and inspection done on my lunch hour. This was my first time getting an oil change at Lee Myles and I am so happy to have found them! I work in the area and needed a quick oil change during my lunch hour. I called ahead by a few hours and not only was I able to bring in my car on my time, but Brian, the attendant, assured I would be back in time before my hour was up.
Not only was he courteous, helpful, and able to work around my schedule, but he even added in the 15 dollar off coupon for your first oil change that is listed on the site, a coupon I was completely unaware of. With the year of road side assistance, the attentive staff, and the genuine care that comes from the shop, I know I'll be back to get my car serviced in the future with no hesitation.

Dishonest but reliable.
I took my truck in to get a thermostat replaced. The guy behind the counter insisted that it was a 1.25 hour labor fee according to their "flat rate manual". I know that it doesn't take an hour and a half to change a thermostat on my truck, I've done it myself. I asked to see his manual for myself, he looked flustered. Turns out, both of the manuals they use say it is a 1.1 hour job. This is a difference of $20 worth of labor. The real messed up thing is, he was not willing to honor the 1.1 according to his flat rate manual. I consider that robbery.
The plus side is, I've showed up with my truck with no appointment twice and they have been able to help me out immediately.
This place is reliable but you are sure to get ripped off. It's not the worst I've seen though.
