I picked up my car today and was delighted. The body work came out fantastic. The interior was very clean and never smelled so good. I would recommend this auto shop to all my friends and family. The manager and his staff were extremely polite and professional.

I came into have my car fixed and Liz and Frank did a superb job making my bumper look like new, providing service to my brakes and battery so that my car is ready for the upcoming winter and the next 90000 miles to come. I really just want everyone to be aware of this place! Anyway, on Friday morning I had the "honor" to speak to who I believe is the owner of the business Frank. (My tank had gotten filled with diesel gas) I spoke to Frank and asked Frank the basic questions. "How long would he need my car? , Does he have an estimate for the flushing of the tank? Absolute pleasure to deal with! All my personal and business vehicle issues are handled by Frank and his more than competent staff. Weather I need a brake job or body work it goes to Frank And Liz. In this day and age it is impossible to find a company that provides the level of service and professionalism provided by New Rochelle Auto.

A couple of weeks ago we had a small accident - the rear right quadrant of my 2005 Subaru Outback XT was damaged: the bumper was torn, the rear right door was crushed in. I brought my it to New Rochelle Auto Body and the owners outlined to us what we had to do with our insurance and then drove us home. After emailing them my Geico insurance claim number, they completed all insurance formalities. Just about a week later, the car was ready and in perfect conditions - now it looks like new: the color of painted/repaired areas perfectly matches the color of undamaged ones

After Having a THREE MONTH ordeal , going back and forth with brake repairs that were done at New Rochelle Auto Body I strongly would not recommend this shop for anything!!! After picking up my car for the Third time, I was assured by Frank Bombace that everything was fine. That same day I got stuck on 684 with my 6 year old daughter for one hour till a tow truck came. When I took it to another shop after evaluating my brakes I was lucky and thank God I did not have an accident! When I told Frank what happened he ignored me. His wife and partner Liz had the nerve to attempt to make excuses for the problem and when I ignored her she lunged at me like an animal calling me all sorts of names, BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frank and all the people at NRAB are terrific. They picked me up and dropped me off and arranged and returned my rental for me. The car looked great, they even buffed out some scratches on the other side of the car and touched up all the little dings on the front bumper for me at no charge. Very friendly, very helpful.

I don't usually leave reviews but after reading the one left by James P. I had to. The Bombace's are great, my mother had an issue while up from Va and they took care of the sensor and what ever other issue same day so she could get back on the road home.
My Saab has been in their shop a few times in recent months. fixed on time and Frank even saved the old parts to show me what he had to replace and were the issue was. I've know them for a while but only recently started using them after my mechanic closed.
They have worked with me on payments, and I and my mother are completely satisfied.
Oh yea he also noticed a Tie rod issue while test driving it for another issue, if not for him it could have broken while I was on a trip with my children the following weekend. It was so bad he wouldn't even let me take the care without fixing it. AND he didn't hold the care hostage, he let me pick it up and I was able to pay him a week later.
It's that old-school way of trusting and doing business that I miss.

Sooo....as long as I've had my Yelp account. I don't usually leave bad reviews & I try to be as fair as possible. However, If allowed, I wouldn't even give this business ONE star. From the very beginning, I should've ran the other way. Unfortunately, my car had gotten towed to the wrong mechanic and I didn't want to pay the extra expense it would cost to get it towed again. Knowing what I know now, I should've just paid another towing company.
Anyway, on Friday morning I had the "honor" to speak to who I believe is the owner of the business Frank. (My tank had gotten filled with diesel gas) I spoke to Frank and asked Frank the basic questions. "How long would he need my car? , Does he have an estimate for the flushing of the tank? Should I expect any other expenses? " Frank continuously told me "Its a process and he doesn't know how long he would have my car, nor did he have an estimate. " He then went to explain that he'd need to look at the car and would give me a phone call back around 12 after "getting the ball rolling" on the car. 1:30pm came and I had not heard anything from Frank. I called shortly after only to be told that he was out the office and would have to give me a call back. I called a total of 4x that day between 1:30-6, each time being told that he was out and would call me back. Finally, around 6, Frank picked up only to tell me that he was out the shop and heading home. (Sir, what happened to giving me a phone call back?) He then stated " I dropped the gas tank and a ball park is at $375" I told him that was fine, asked when the car would be ready and again he did not know, but would call me in the morning.
Saturday comes and I decided that I needed to speak to Frank in person since he seemed to be very busy whenever I called. I walk in to speak to Frank & Frank then tells me that my gas tank has been sent out somewhere to get "boiled out" because they don't preform those services here. (Sir, I also told you that If you had to do that, please give me a phone call back. Where's my phone call back?) then asked again, "How much longer would he need the car? I have 3 jobs and I am a current college student. I NEED my car" He then gave me the same answer "I don't know." (Sir, what do you know?) Yet, he proceeded to ask me why my parents aren't able to drive me around. (Why is that any of your business?) I responded saying "because they lead their own lives and they're not directly responsible for me since I am of age." He then went to say "Well, when your parents really love you, those are sacrifices they make..." (Who are you to tell me that?) On my way out the office, I called my very close mechanical friend and told him what was going on. He then told me to go look under my car and tell me if my gas tank was still in my car.
So here I am 10 in the morning on my hands and knees looking under my car only to see---MY GAS TANK!
Yes, after explaining that he had dropped my gas tank, and sent it out and bla bla bla. There was my gas tank sitting in my car! Long story short, my buddy came over. & He said my car would be done that night! Guess what? I get a call from him around 4 saying he cant finish it tonight and If all is good, It'll be ready by Monday afternoon.
Now its Monday, I go to get my car. & He's telling me the break down of the bill. Fine! Lets address the elephant in the room. Discount? Yes! You were lying to me, pretty much scamming me, insulting my family, and the list goes on. Yes, for your terrible customer service I think that's the least I deserve. A free car wash this time, & a free oil change next time you come. Why in heavens sake would I ever come back to you? Keep that! Nor did I tell you wash my car! I wouldn't pay anyway! He's in a frenzy. "That's what this is about?" You PEOPLE THIS & YOU PEOPLE THAT." He then went to say that because I came in and expected him to put my car as priority he was just doing what he felt was best and he believes he's a very fair guy. Mind you, the whole time he's making faces and escalating his voice to me and my mother. My bill for everything? $435.00. I paid $340.00 and cringed paying that especially after the scene he just made.
Long story short....just avoid this guy.
Oh yeah. Friday morning, his son offered to drop me to my next location and paid the $1.75 toll for me. Hats off to you!

Had my brakes repaired at New Rochelle auto body and never had so many problems. I simply brought my car for a complete brake job. After the car was done , while driving on 684 my brake caliber came loose. I had to wait an hour for a tow truck ,stuck on the side of the road with my 7 year old daughter for an hour. Brought my car back only to have them again not repair or correct the problem. After telling the owner Frank Bombace about my problem he said he will fix it. Well after waiting almost 2 months for them to correctly fix my brakes, they did nothing. The other owner Liz Bombace told me they were not responsible for the brake repairs! After attempting to ask her why, she lunged at me cursing and threatening me while her son had to hold her back! I wound up taking my car elsewhere and I filed a lawsuit against New Rochelle auto body. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, BAD NEWS! No start for this place!
