Would like to Thank Tanners Garage for the wonderful service we got for the work on our blazer. Mike went above what he needed to by even coming to my house after work to look at my blazer. I will continue using Tanners and once again Great service, done when said it would be, excellent service with extra's. Thanks guys!

While visiting Jamestown for the Comedy Festival, the air conditioning in my SUV quit working. I asked two festival volunteers for the name of a garage and they recommended Tanners. I met Mike the owner who was friendly and willing to help. Although all the garage bays were full, he started diagnosing the problem right away. This could have been very time consuming and a major expense but Mike found the problem, explained it to me in detail and proceeded to fix it! I paid the very fair price of $60 and was on the road in under 40 minutes. Three days later on the 300 mile ride home the a/c was cranking out cold air! Mike's love and knowledge of cars and his honest and upfront way of doing business is an asset to Jamestown. I only wish I lived closer- Tanners would be my garage for everything!.

I was so impressed, I called to see if they could fit me in for an inspection on my 80's 3/4ton this afternoon, and I was told to hurry down. I arrived there, told them I had just called and they had me pull right into a bay. I was able to get drive across Jamestown, get and inspection, drive back, and still had time to eat on my lunch break! These guys are the best!

My alternator died while i was in Jamestown, NY. I am from Buffalo, NY and was only there for the day on a work related venture. Not only did the Tow truck driver assist me by calling around to local garages, all who were busy for a few days, but he also called Tanners Garage who not only immediately took me, but shopped around for the best part, put it in and even spruced up my battery, by cleaning and lubing it. Needless to say if it wasn't for Tanners I could have potentially been stranded in Jamestown, NY. They had wonderful customer service, did a great job and at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

I called Tanners on a short notice, about a ignition problem. As it was I was from out of town and being worried about being taken advantage of. After explaining my situation, I was told that it could be done and I would get my car back the same day. Mr. Tanner evaluated my car and called me, with a price that surprised me. I would recommend his staff and service for all of your auto needs. Very trustworthy, excellent pricing and auto center to keep in your phone.
