Great work! There is no substitute for experience as you will find if you bring your car here. My brand new car was hit in a parking lot and I was devastated. Nothing more to say than John and his team are the best to deal with hands down. After a long drawn out fight with the insurance company with the person who hit my town and country. John advised me on what my best options were and took over for me so that I did not have to deal with the hassle. Being that the car is a lease I was worried about having difficulty when it came time to return the car, but it came out better than new!!! They worked with the insurance company, kept me in the loop, and had my car fixed in no time after fighting since January. Do not waste your time going anywhere else, go here and be done with it. I will definitely recommend KIDD to all friends and family and will be back for any type of service needed, either routine or repair. Thanks again for everything, you really made the process easy and restored my faith that good people exist and will help get the job done.

I tried Kidd Collision about two years ago after a family member recommended them and have used (and referred) them several times since.
For the most parts, the cars I brought had modest damage so I paid out-of-pocket, however this past summer my father crashed my Aston Martin into a parked car, wrecking the nose and causing more than $10,000 in damage. As usual, they were courteous, attentive and worked with me (and the insurance company() to figure out the most efficient way to make the repair. I also know, from prior experience, that their prices are more than fair, In addition, their work is excellent, they do great PDR and always finish when promised.

I recently had the front bumper of my Volkswagen Touareg painted at KIDD after getting hit in a gas station. The staff is knowledgeable professional courteous and a pleasure to deal with, their service is top notch by craftsman. They work fast and match the paint on my car perfectly. The owner KIDD even picked me up at my house when my car was done. I would highly recommend KIDD to anyone who is in need of professional auto collision service.

Its been three years since i last visited Kidd Collision. John,one of the two owners, remembered me. It was a small job on my 2005 saab. Once again Kidd Collision worked their magic. It came out beautiful, finished when promised and affordable.

I'm new to New York and found Kidd on the internet after an accident I was involved in. Because I didn't know anyone here I took a chance and went to visit the shop. I got really lucky finding them. John and Joe are great people. They worked with me and gave me a deal that I was happy with. They went above and beyond of what was required to fix my car. John is a straight shooter and didn't try to milk me and my insurance company for every penny he could get. I feel that he went out of his way to satisfy my needs a customer. I'm a big fan of this shop now and I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs body work done. I'll be bringing my car here in the future if and when I need any kind of body work done. Great place!!!!
