Excellent service tremendous work on fixing any cars. We bring in a lot of cars for repair and love there service. Congeniality and professionalism is outstanding. Syed the owner and mechanic like Ahmed is doing a good job for midas and have good knowledge about all cars and make and models. They have a good location and have room to grow I think in the near future.

I use to go here until they incorrectly told me my power steering fluid was low. I had a family member bring their car with but on a separate ticket. His car had no power steering fluid and mine was full. I was also told that my battery tested great when on my way home my vehicle died because my alternator was out and there wasn't enough battery to keep me rolling. They also did not fill up the windshield washer fluids like they said they had. I also paid for a tire rotation that they did not do until I went to leave and noticed the tires had not been rotated. Not sure if they even did an oil change which is what I originally went in there for. Nice staff though

I sat 7 hours while they replaced a brake line, and they couldn't seem to figure out which brake shoes to put on my van. Professionals do not take 7 hours to do a two-hour job.

I took my car in recently for some work, and I am very happy with the outcome. Rob at the front desk was very friendly and helped me understand what I needed done. I was quoted $600 more at pep boys, but Rob & the team got the work done for me at a fair price and didn't sell me what I didn't need to be sold. He was up front with me about what I needed done, and I will definitely come back here for more work. Pep boys has lost my business. Now I will say that Rob is a good salesperson, and I felt I could definitely trust his word.
Also, I like the rest of the crew that works there, they all seem to get along great...and happy employees mean happy customers, because it creates a good environment for the customer.

I stopped in for brakes they kept telling me something else was wrong with my breaks I spent hundreds of dollars when I left my brakes one all the way to the floor then they were telling me I needed a master cylinder that it was going to cost me way more they never fixed my problem and they said they would they're all bunch a ConMen I really should be close down that location I heard nothing but bad comments about them after I had left some needs to be done here

I took my car here today for an oil change. All the 'extra' work that needed to be done was work that I already knew about. The technician let me know what could wait and what was recommended right away. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I was in and out of there in less time than I had expected. As long as I'm living in the area, I'll continue to take my car here for maintenance.

I went in for an estimate on a muffler. I left with a printed piece of paper showing over $2000 ~for work that Robert (the owner?) insisted I needed done immediately. He told me that my car was not safe to drive, that my axle was about to fall off. He said my power steering could go at any minute. He had me look at the underside of my car and pointed everything that he put on the printed estimate. I decided to get a second opinion. Two days later, I had my car back with a new muffler, nothing else. And I paid a lot less than $2000!

These guys are awesome!!!! They don't rip you off and they explain everything that they're doing to your car!!!!
FROM THE NEW OWNER TO NEW MANAGER AND THE NEW TECHNICIANS THEY HAVE THEY ARE SUPERB!!!!!! IF I CAN RATE IT 10 STARS I WOULD.

Well, had I written this review before my last couple visits to this place it would have had A LOT more stars. Unfortunately, I think this place is goin down hill.
I have taken my car here for about 7 years now for oil changes, tire rotation, quick easy things. They are pretty cheap compared to competition and in the past have done a great job. Tell me EVERYTHING that's wrong with me car, which trust me, has always been a lot. And give me a quote on everything as well. They used to always check my anti-freeze right away because my car used to leak it pretty badly, and they knew that because I was a returning customer.
The past couple times I've been there though, I've been completely unhappy with service. In the past, if I had come late (after work) they had not only squeezed me in but still did a thorough job. Two oil changes ago- I got there an hour before they closed and they refused to take me. It was a guy I hadn't met before, so I figured they were just busy, and that was that. The next time I went there was at a normal time, they estimated me at about 15 minutes and I was there for about an hour. They gave me a laundry list of things wrong with my car, but I had just had my car fixed by my mechanic friend so I knew half of those weren't legit. I felt like they were scamming me. Again- it was no one I had seen before.
This last time I went, I called in the morning to ask when the latest they could take me would be as I work til 5 and was desperate for an oil change. The guy on the phone was very nice, and said that since I called in advance, he could take me if I could get there by 5:20. Of course traffic was not helpful with this and ended up 10 minutes late. The guy I spoke with was very nice about it though. I told him if he couldn't get me in that I completely understood and I'd try again the next day. He said it was no problem and that he'd do it himself and also mentioned that last time I was there they advised me to have a bunch of work done. I asked if he could check that out when he changed the oil, along with checking my anti-freeze, and to do a quick brake inspection and quote me because I knew I needed new brakes and could hear them squeaking. He said it was no problem at all. At this point a guy from the garage came in yelling WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! He was very mad they were going to do my car and the kid up front told him he was going to take care of it. The angry man who reminded me of a meaner "Thor" from Adventures in Babysitting, ended up changing my oil. Now originally they told me 45 minutes for the entire change, inspection and quote.... but 15 minutes later, my car is out front. No paper mats on the floor, like normal, and the guy who did the car didn't even say anything to me.
The "helpful" kid up front took my money and said thanks, but I quickly stopped him and asked if the fluids were good and asked about the brakes. He said, "We usually like you to wear them down more to get more money." I informed him that my car was squealing after I took the brake pedal off and he said its because I accelerate too quickly out of my parking spot....
Now, I may know nothing about cars, but I know that's WRONG. Seriously?! They've lost money because I will NOT be going back here EVER again, and definitely not having them do my brakes now. I know they didn't check the brakes because I had my dad look at them and he told me I needed new brake pads and they were already worn down more than they should be.
That's pretty effed up to me that they'd give someone that "advice," when it could be a safety issue. And that is why they are getting 1 star.

I brought in a 1961 Jaguar MK IX for a new muffler. This is, of course, not your run -of-the-mill automobile. These guys treated me and my car with a lot of respect. They took time to explain the process for selecting the appropriate muffler, they set a time frame for when the work would be completed, and they set a very reasonable estimate for the cost. Everything went exactly according to plan. I was very, very impressed with the work these guys did. The manager is a consummate professional who balances strong customer service with reasonable expectations. I wouldn't take to the time to write this review were I not very serious about my impressive experience here. I highly recommend this business without reserve.
