my car was broken down i called frank at this location he not only came to ck out the car he also took me home after the tow truck arrived. he then called me and told me what was wroung and the price i found a life long repair shop while i was there i noticed they pumped my gas all full serve at self services prices unusuall for theses times so now i will go there for gas also

They have a horrible credit card processing system. Waisted 10 minutes trying to ay for gas but their system wouldn't accept my MasterCard. They have good customer service but that does nothing when I can't purchase their gas or pay for any service.

Becca and I have come here multiple times over the last few years for a few inspections and different auto repairs . I would probably give more like three and a half stars but thought I would go four since I will be coming back here.
The repairs are at a fair price and once had my car towed here and wasn't price gouged. They stand behind the work done and everything I've had done here has been fixed right the first time.
The mechanics and shop guys are pretty friendly and it has been very easy to get saturday appointments.
I have had a couple small issues here one time I wasn't called when my car was done and the the guy that worked even the evenings sd he thought I had been called already. Also one time I was charged for something that I was told would not have to be done and didn't need to be changed. I was able to get this corrected quickly and refunded though so not a big deal.
So some small issue aside the bottom line is they do good work for a fair price here.

My husband brought his car here as soon as he noticed a problem with the steering. He didn't want to drive it to his regular mechanic in Philly, and this place was right around the corner. After they diagnosed the problem and quoted him $900 to fix it, he said ok, do the work. As they were fixing the car, they called him back and told him there was a problem with his radiator and they'd charge just $200 more to fix that. He said no thanks, just fix what we agreed on, I'll take it to my regular mechanic to fix that. When he picked the car up, he drove half a block down the road, antifreeze was leaking everywhere, and the check engine light was on. That light was NOT ON when he dropped it off, yet the mechanic argued with him that it was. I know that it wasn't, I was in the car that day. After a few minutes of arguing, the shop said they're not doing any more work on his car, and they refuse to fix what they broke. He now has to pay to get it towed to his regular mechanic when it was IN DRIVING CONDITION when he took it to this shop. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau ASAP.

The card reader is always messed up and you have to go inside. That's annoying. They also tried to charge my friend for new breaks, but when she took her car to the dealer, they told her that there was 60% left on her breaks. This place is shady.
