Justin is the BEST! They do the work efficiently, don't try to con you into getting things done that don't need being done - and their prices are extremely reasonable. I've been going there over 15 years and got a quote from another car place for over a grand. Justin fixed my problem for a little over $300!!!! Do yourself a favor, Bob and Todd's are the BEST!!!

Stay away, they charge more than actual labor to make more money. Got the work done for half the cost just up the road from them.. All without the couple hour wait that they said.

I brought in a flat Prius Tire. The big guy on front desk wrote my name and number on a sheet of paper and told me to come back in two hours. (It was my fault for not asking for a receipt). When I came back to pick it up, I was told that the tire cannot be fixed because it had 3 holes and I have to change the tire valve. He even showed the valve to me and it was really damaged. I brought it to Just tires to have it replaced and I learned that the valve was not an ordinary one but a TPMS(tire pressure monitoring system which costs $110.
Since it was my daughter's car, I showed her the picture of the damaged valve and she said it was replaced!!! She was still able to pump air it after the flat but the one they placed there is really messed up with all its guts popped out. She doesnt't believe that it has 3 holes either.
I probably will come back to this place ...... to warn the customers. THERE ARE THIEVES IN THE AREA.

I took the vehicle to Bob and Tod's for brakes because they were so bad. The brakes seemed better after they were done, but never seemed "good". After some time, they just kept getting worse and worse. 11 months after they were "repaired", took the vehicle to another shop where the brakes had to be completely re-done. Even tho we were charged for new everything, it seems as tho Bob and Tod's only changed the shoes, and with poor quality ones.
We also had a problem with a window, shortly after we had the brakes done and before we knew the cheap quality of work being done. Bob and Tod's also repaired that by replacing the motor, but less than 9 months later, the window wouldn't go back up. I asked Bob and Tod's to fix it, but they were too busy, clearly had no interest, and when they could get to it, we would have to pay labor. No way I was going to pay them AGAIN for something that should've been done right the first time.. So, I took it to a different garage where they needed to, of course, replace the motor. Also, keep in mind that this particular vehicle is not used a lot. Average of around 2,000-2,500 miles per year, so to have to have window motor AND brakes replaced twice in less than a year is ridiculous. Save your time, money, and stress, and look for another repair shop.
