This body shop did an excellent job on my 2007 Toyota Camry! Bill goes above and beyond on customer service and his workmanship is superb. I have had body work done on my car before, but never have they done as good of a job making my car look like it rolled out of the manufacturer. Specifically, he blends the paint on adjacent body parts to ensure there is a seamless match. He is very thorough in his work and it shows in the end result. This shop has earned my business for life.

I recently got into a not-so-fun accident where the person who hit me left the scene and caused $5,000 worth of damage to my brand new car. Distraught, I drove into Factory Finish to get an estimate for my insurance and hopefully get the work done. I must say, even though I've never had an accident before and never dealt with a repair shop, that I'm thoroughly impressed! My 2014 Kia looks exactly like it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot. Repair work: Flawless. I have an interesting paint color and they matched it flawlessly. You can't tell ANY work has been done, which is good for me as my car is a lease and has to be returned in amazing condition. Work took a little longer than I thought but most of this was the lead time on parts as the car is a 2014. Front office: Had a few hiccups with communication. They were training a new person so I think some things just got overlooked - none of this really affected the way my insurance handled the claim... just kind of a headache on my part as I had to call constantly for updates. Spoke with the owner, and he reassured me this isn't the norm and I believe him! Rental: I actually didn't need a rental during my repairwork but they did offer to have the car either delivered to their shop or to my home, so that's nice - one less headache to worry about. Overall: I would absolutely take my car back here if, god forbid, anything else happens. They detailed my car and had it ready to rock for me a day ahead of schedule. The owner is AMAZING and truly cares and will work with you. I believe his name was Bill. Anyhow, so sorry if you need them - it's never fun to need costly repair work or deal with insurance - but you won't be disappointed when your baby is ready for you to pick it up!

My car has been acting up electrically and I pin pointed it being the transmission. Looked up places around here and decided I'd give this place a shot. After calling and speakin to Tim, I swung by soon after. We did a little test drive and everything seemed peachy. As I was still worried he offered to hook it up to the scanner for a good price.
Voila! It found a code even though no engine lights were on. Making an appointment to fix it up soon but this visit was pleasant and quick. No one likes car troubles but everyone has em. Trans issues should be dealt by trans specialists. Give this place a shot first.

I have never reviewed a car care center before but this is a machanic everyone should know! I have been coming to Absolute Transmission for 10 years now. My car has 225 thousand miles and it is still in good shape!
I was deciding whether or not to buy a new transmission or just get a new car!? Tim gave me a fair price with No BS. He got the job done within a few of days. He also took the time to inspect my car and discovered the rear brakes needed to be replace. Needless to say, My car is like brand new and I have No car payments to worry about! I am certain I will get another 100 thousand miles out of my 2003 car. Thanks Tim for all your hard work. I will be sure to refer you to anyone in need of car repairs.
