I came in with my vehicle which had been experiencing cold-weather starting issues for 2 years. When I took it back to the dealer I had bought it from, the dealer refused to do any work on it, saying "they couldn't find the issue". Dave's, on the other hand, did. Dwayne, my mechanic at Dave's, did not give up until he found the exact issue. I got to meet the owner himself, and everyone treats you with respect unlike other mechanics I went to, who blatantly rub in your face that you don't know anything about cars. The repair cost was very reasonable, I did my research on the repairs done, not to mention they were also willing to work around my financial situation. (I'm not exactly the most wealthy person in Ohio.) To summarize The mechanics are kind, understanding, and dedicated, the work is of quality, and the cost of repair is low. I've never reviewed anything in my life, but the the quality of work and service was so great I felt it was the least I could do for the wonderful job they did on my car.

I have used Dave's Auto Care for years and would never consider going anywhere else. Every experience has been perfect. Staff is knowledgeable and professional and willing to answer questions and explain what is wrong and what the options are. I am always amazed at the level of expertise in car care by all the staff - their advice on how to maximize the life of the car has been invaluable. Their commitment to customer service and satisfaction is rare. The free loaner cars and the six months same as cash credit option make a huge difference in dealing w unexpected car repairs. I have and would recommend them to anyone.
