First off I apologize that you felt like your experience with us was not to your satisfaction. We strive to make sure that everyone that comes to us has a great experience with us and our services! You came in to purchase a 09 Cadillac srx from me which had a NADA retail value of $13,125, I made an agreement to sell you the vehicle for $9,000 which is over $4,000 under it's retail price. Further more I did agree that we would run the car through my shop for service like all vehicles that are sold through us. Also I would have two brand new tires replaced, balanced and a alignment done and have the car professionally detailed.
We did agree that the car would be ready the following Saturday which gave me five business days to complete. The car was serviced through my shop I do not believe that we would miss something like "paper thin" brake pads because we are very thorough and that is one of the first things we check. But mistakes do happen so I took your word because you live in New Hampshire and coming back down to check them was not an option for you and agreed to send you the $20 that you requested. When I bought the car down to the detail shop to be professionally cleaned for you, they did take more time than I did anticipate but that is why I personally picked it up on Saturday and took it to town fair tire to have the tires put on and the alignment done to make sure I could meet your desired pick up day. When I did speak to you you expressed how it would be better if you came the next day which was a Sunday because you were meeting friends and didn't want to be pressured for time. I in-turn agreed to come in on my one day off to accommodate you. I apologize that the spare keys and money for brakes you requested were sent out a few days later but non the less were sent out. I did call to follow up and make sure you received the package in which you denied there was any money in it....I personally packaged and sealed the fed ex envelope that I sent up to you that I paid another twenty-six dollars to have overnight-ed. We both know it was in there.
I realize that in doing business you can try but you cannot satisfy everyone, my only wish is that you could have realized all the effort I put into trying to make your experience with us satisfying and not slandering us with a bad review.

Hands down one of the best car dealerships that I have been to. Mario and Karl are great guys and are actually looking out for the best interest of the customer. Very knowledgeable and very helpful!. When I came in approximately 2 months ago with a little money for down payment and no credit, Karl had no issue with helping me get into a car. With this being my first big purchase of my life, naturally I was hesitant with trying to buy a car. Carl had assured me that he will be able to get me into a car that I want for a decent monthly payment and he even helped me find a great price on insurance. Definitely will be keeping business with these two really cool dudes for years to come!

If you're looking for a reasonable mechanic look no further. I purchased a 2001 Honda Accord from their lot. Three months later the serpentine belt needed a little tighten. I figure they would've charged me at least the labor charges. They did it for free. That was a pleasant surprise. The car continues to run in excellent condition. My husband and I honestly felt like we got a good deal for the car and we'll continue to come back here for any repairs. The owner is a honest standup guy and his sales person will go out of his way to ensure your satisfied with the sale. He even offer to pay for the taxi that went to pick me up! Just honest good folks!

If you are looking for a great reasonable car to buy or service would definitely recommend . The dealer really works with you to get you what "you" want and within your budget.handled all the financing and paperwork in a very timely manner. I have had another car serviced there and they actually recommended an option to SAVE me money on repairs .... Not too many car dealers or mechanics I trust but This place is high on my list

Mario is an excellent, HONEST mechanic, with great prices. I purchased my car from him, and he's done a number of minor repairs as well as one or two bigger repairs. For the minor repairs he charged us next to nothing and, in two cases, nothing at all. With the bigger repairs, he was upfront about the parts and labor cost.

Just a great, honest, decent, KNOWLEDGEABLE mechanic. SO nice , gave me great advice over the phone, I ended up saving a lot because they let me know I didn't need what another garage tried to charge me for!
Very reasonable prices!! If you need a mechanic, Go here!
