Got an ugly attitude from the tech (Andy I believe) for having a legal tint due my wife's medical condition; not "we can't pass this" but almost this hated look when we had an exemption and kept pushing the issue about it being illegal. That's fine if you don't want to pass it but don't give me attitude as if it's the end of the world. Completely ruined my experience. Never went back there again. The owners (I believe) were nice but the tech? I guess I'm not the first one. Being a business owner myself, I know having an employee with horrible attitude can and will ruin a business. It's too bad as I thought I finally found a place close by to get my vehicle inspected and possibly use for repairs in the future.

My family and I have been going to Steve's for years and they are without a doubt the most reliable and honest around. I cringe at the thought of taking my car anywhere else. For me, it's Steve's team always!

They seem to have nice owners but the experience with the tech (Andy) I believe ruined it for me and will be the last time. I couldn't get a simple straight answer from this man twice I visited while when he did, it was nothing but attitude and just disappeared into his work area. As another business owner these types of attitude ruin a good business. I'm sorry Steve but I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I've been going to them for years. Their quality of work is always superb and typically I end up paying less then they quoted me. They're the type of people that if you could get another 3 month's out of your break pads before replacing them, they would tell you.

A few weeks back I asked around for the opinions of where I could go for some work on my car that was not the dealership or a national chain. I asked maybe 10 people and heard "Steve's" a few times. After reading the existing reviews on YELP I was "sold".
I had a timing belt and water pump replaced. They beat the other quotes I had previously received BY FAR. I think they perhaps underestimated a bit and still made it work.
Service was friendly and I left feeling like I had met honesty service people for the first time. I will look no further for future repairs. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Best mechanic I've ever found an what a great day that was back in 2003. Fair, on-time and great problem solver. Often fixes what the dealer can't with great customer service. Makes me only want to own used cars an forget the dealer!

Great local garage!
It's tough to find a local garage that does good work, and is also easy to communicate with. Steve's Accurate Auto has a good website, multiple ways to contact them, are responsive and seem to be very straightforward and honest. After a few frustrations with other local garages, I think I've found one to stick with.
