Went to Mitch at VP based upon many recommendations and now I would personally recommend them as well. Staff is very friendly and personable and they went above and beyond to ensure my Baby (Hyundai Elantra) left the shop even better than before it was backed into. Even though they are an hour away from me and many other body shops are closer, i wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.

Mitch and Debra are amazing. I've been bringing two of my cars to VP for several years now for anything from hail damage (2003 S2000) to collision repairs (2004 STi). They do spot on work. I used to work at a body shop and I'm very critical of body work. VP does everything right and they make sure it's done to the customer's liking. Mitch is a great person and very easy to work with. VP takes a lot of the worry out of collision repair from a customer point of view. Highly recommended and I would never take my cars anywhere else as long as I live within 2 hours of their shop, which i currently live about 45 minutes to an hour away. Worth every penny and minute to get the cars up there for repairs.

I am very particular about my cars. Ever body shop I have ever used I usually have a complaint or ten! Not with VB. I am 100% happy with their work. My car looks better now then when I bought it. VB went above and beyond to make my bad situation a good one. They had my best interest in mind when dealing with insurance companies and the owner called me personally to give me regular updates on my car. I will never go anywhere else. Fabulous work, wonderful staff.

Amazing work done here! I am putting together a custom project and couldn't leave the car while some work needed to be paint matched. They figured everything out with a very small piece of the car and if was finished in no time with the upmost in quality put into the job! I would refer these guys to anyone!

GREAT WORK AND SERVICE! I needed to have my bumper replaced and painted on my 2011 Honda Accord. I was in a time crunch of a few days as I was moving out of state. VP Auto was able to work with me and accommodate as needed. At first, the color chosen did not match. Mitch came out to speak with me and immediately offered to redo the work no questions asked within 24 hours. The final work looks great! I wouldn't go anywhere else for body work and would recommend VP Auto to everyone.

Excellent shop with great people. Mitch and his team were very easy to work with and exceeded my expectations. My GTI was sides swiped. All of my car nut friends kept complimenting how great the repairs looked, well they said they could not even tell. Very impressed with the service, honesty, and attention to detail. My entire experience was painless.

As a long time BMW owner, I whole-heartedly endorse Mitch and the entire crew at VP. I just picked up my 330i that got blasted from in back, and it's absolutely gorgeous. Not only do they do the best work around, they are honest and since they don't have any sweet-heart deals with any of the insurance companies, they can (and will) advocate for their customers. My repair involved some hidden damage which resulted in the insurance company attempting to total my vehicle and pay me a fraction of its value. I am happy to say my outcome resulted in a beautifully repaired vehicle which I fully expect to be driving for many years to come. Thanks to Mitch and Debra and the whole crew!

I was rear ended in my 2011 Jetta TDI by a Chevrolet Silverado. I was standing still, and he was doing about 25mph. The only thing I can really say is "ouch."
I decided to run the claim through my insurance company and let them subrogate it to the insurance company who was at fault. It was recommended by my insurance company to take it to a Chevrolet dealer, where they quoted the work at $2,000.00.
My VW was towed to VP Auto Collision after a recommendation by the local VW dealer and I am extremely happy with the work. They turned around the work in about two weeks and it was delayed that long due to parts availability.
Mitch was great to work with and they handled the payment process directly with my insurance company. At the end of the transaction, it cost over $5,000.00 to fix my VW.
You can't get away fixing ANYTHING on a VW for $2,000.00.
I would use VP Auto Collision again if necessary, but I sure as hell hope I don't have to.....
