"Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" is on the business card. On the second attempt to get the job right, body line details were not maintained, creases in the bondo were still present and tape lines were visible. Letting the other 2 points go, I was really unhappy about the tape lines. I was told I will always have a tape line and using a brush would make it worse. Essentially he lied to me or his skill is so poor he can't deliver a quality product. He's not inexpensive and it would even be worth it to pay more to have it done right elsewhere.

I have tape lines in the paint. Don told me if he tried to brush them out, it would look worse. He also told me that I'd have to have a tape line somewhere so I'd still have a line even if he re-did the job. I will now have to see this issue every time I pump my gas. By the way, I didn't even bother to take on the 2 other issues of the crease in the bondo and body lines that were not duplicated from the original.
