Was out running errands today and picked up a bolt in my tire. Called Tom to let him know and headed his way. He was able to squeeze me in and after the reoair, was able to be back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Tom has always been very fair and reasonable. In this case a tremendous help in a pinch.

They didn't actually work on my car but Tom's upfront honesty will bring me back to them for any future issues. I emailed regarding an issue with my vehicle. I received a reply within 15 minutes asking me to call because Tom would like to ask me a few more questions. I talked to him and explained a little more. He said he was going to research and call me back. Within 20 minutes he called me and told me what the most likely problem was and how to fix it. He didn't want to charge me hundreds for something we can do ourselves. Well, we fixed our car for $25. I will always take my car here in the future because of Tom's honesty this time. Thank you!!

Tom and his team always do a great job. I called Tom Friday morning to see if he could do a repair today on my son's car. He said that he could get it in next week. My son needed to leave on Sunday for college and had to drive over 2 hours to get there. Tom said bring it in and we will get it done today. AWESOME JOB!! Thanks again!! -Tim

Everytime we have had parts ordered from the service department they have told us the parts would be in within 2-3 days. When we called about the parts they would say they tried to deliver them but no one was in the office, which was a lie. A few days later we would go in and the part would not be in. Then a week and a half later they realize they never ordered the part so we would have to wait for the part for another week and a half. Every time we tried to call about these parts we were lied to over and over again. The service department manager is a complete joke. He is always in a "meeting" and never returns calls to solve problems and when he does he doesnt look into the problem but lies along with his employees. Would NOT recommend working with them at all! Horrible service which becomes more and more frusturating.

Great place to get your car repaired. They know what they're doing highly recommended! I have been coming here for years for everything from oil changes and tire leaks to valve jobs and suspension work. Prices are reasonable they accept extended warranties.

I brought in my car because it was shaking. As I was telling the guy I wasn't ready to make any financial commitments, he interrupted and shook his head "yeah yeah" as if he gets that all the time. He was nice and said he'd call me after they take a look at it. He did not say there would be a charge.
He calls me back a couple hours later, says they looked at it and it would be $450 to replace 5 spark plugs and the fuel filter. I said that sounded high, so I would pickup the truck. He said, "OK then only $80 for the diagnostic". I said "You didn't say there would be a charge for diagnostics". We then got into an argument about the charge. I eventually picked up my truck without paying him anything.
He did not say he was going to charge me to look at it, then tries to charge me $80 when I want to pick it up, then argues with me about it. On top of that, his quote was $100 more then the next place I took it too.
This is a small / shady place that I thought I'd give a chance because I work within walking distance and I like supporting small local businesses. I told him this, then I also told it was a mistake for me to do that.
Would not recommend, will never go back.
