K & B did an amazing job with my car! I am so happy with the work. My car looks better than it did when I bought it! They were super friendly and got me my car back in less than a week. They also conveniently provided a rental car right from the shop, so I didn't have to do any running around to get a rental. They made this process painless for me, which is exactly what I needed with my extremely busy life. I have been through other body shops in the past that have made it a complete nightmare for me, so I absolutely loved dealing with K & B. The day I picked up my car, they brought it out to me sparkling clean, both inside and out. I would highly recommend K & B to anyone in need of a body shop! Ask for Bill!

K&B did a good job for me initially, and then delivered above and beyond excellent service after. When my car was hit while parked during an ice storm, K&B towed it and repaired it...no problem. Several weeks later, my car wouldn't start and stranded me in my neighborhood. I thought it might be related to the repair, so I contacted K&B. They came out, checked my car, towed it back in, ran multiple diagnostic tests. The problem was not due to anything they did, but they made sure they found out what was going on and got my car into a nearby mechanic for repair. I don't know of any other body shop that would go this far above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. That's fair and honest customer service in my book and should be in anybody's. Thanks, K&B!
