Every single employee at this store is wonderful, and they take the time to remember the things you buy. The younger kids always grab my brand of cigarettes as soon as I walk in the door. Little things like that can make someone's day. They really make sure you feel welcomed in their store. There towing is also superior, and they get to you promptly... no waiting around for hours. Their prices are cheaper than the Holiday next door too. I always see people of all ages hanging out at the tables, drinking coffee. It is just a friendly atmosphere, and I would choose them over any other convenience store in Waconia. I plan to go to them for my car repair needs as well.

Terrible had some work done there. Didn't solve the problem they wanted to keep putting in parts for more money. Went to pick car up little kids running around nobody watching them. Took forever to pay my bill only one person working and they were to busy talking to friends to help customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I just have to say and rave, that a gentleman name Mike who is employed there is hands down the most thoughtful person ever! He delivered the best customer service ever and should get a raise or a promotion! I am from St. Paul and my friends and I were stranded due to our trailer having issues towing our bass boat! We were literally stuck outside a target parking lot an hour away from home for about 4 1/2 hours!!!!!!!! It was humid and exhausting! Although, he did not have a flat bed to tow us home he offered good advice on what to do and suggested other towing services to help us. He then called back and was honest about incorrect information he had given us earlier which we appreciated. After many hours passed calling tow services after one after another we finally took his advice. Instead of paying 650.00 for a tow truck to tow us home we were able to get home with our boat safely. It definitely was tough and required slow driving but we made it! The best part was mike was so genuinely nice he remembered my name and called us back at 2:35am just to check if we made it home!?!?? I don't know about you but that is going above and beyond for customers. God bless your kind hearted soul Mike. :)

The management staff or owner here is mentally unstable. Avoid this place at all costs! My friend, who was a formally loyal customer here, just bought a new car was accused of stealing gas. The manager or owner proceeded to shake down the dealer for a bill my friend never owed. The claimed video proof has not been supplied to the dealer or my friend.
