had a girl hit me. front end was messed up. its always terrible to have bad things happening but Simonettas makes it less of a hassle. Rental car was there! Car looks like new! Judy Joe Josh and Gary are very friendly! Great service and great repairs! highly recommend!

Not in business to make money.

I stopped in there as they were recommended by someone I know, and I asked for a quote on damages caused by an uninsured driver. They didn't even want to talk to me because it wasn't an insurance job.

thanks for fixing my car to look like it was when i just bought it!~ A deer ran into me and messed up my front bumper by the driver side. ! it looks like new! excellent paint job and you pulled the dent out! Judy is nice and friendly , had my rental ready. and the service men are all friendly and helpful!!! As a woman I have always felt doubt when having any type of auto work done, as my knowledge of this is quite limited. That being said, I am extremely pleased both with the mechanical, and body work, that has just been completed on my Toyota. I was treated graciously, and with respect. A loaner vehicle was there on my arrival, this was set up by Simmonettas, all the paper work from the insurances was done and waiting for my signature. I could go on and on about the personal and professional service that was given. I will just say this I did not for a minute have that nagging doubt that my car was not repaired,correctly, or I had been taken advantage of. This company is truly trustworthy, reliable, and quickly effecient! Many thanks!

I've dealt with simonetta's auto body repair since the mid eightys .I've had all my collision repairs done there. I'm a completely satisfied customer. They've always done an excellent job and they give you a lifetime warranty on all their work. I highly recommend this auto shop.

I'm giving them 3 stars for this reason:
1st off the lady that works there named Judy is extremely friendly. Had it not been for her I would probably rate them 2 stars. She actually called and fought with the insurance company to get us into a rental car. She offered to fax the police report to the insurance company for us. She was super friendly and great in customer service.
We took our car to this shop because the tow truck driver recommended it. They fixed our car very quickly which I appreciate. And they have a life time warranty on their work (thank God because I had to take it back).
When I picked up my car it initially looked fantastic! I was hit on my passenger side. So I get into the car though and my drivers seat cover had been removed and there was a rip in the seat. When I confronted them about it they calmed it was "dry rot" caused by the sun. Which I don't believe because that's why I had a cover on it! So I asked why the cover was removed and they stated it must have slipped off. Again I don't believe that either as the cover clips under neath the seat, meaning it would have had to be manually removed. This was just a losing battle to begin with.
When I went to open my passenger door it was catching on the side fender.
When I took it back to get fixed the guy I talked to on the phone seemed really annoyed. Not good customer service. Don't get annoyed at me that you didn't fix my car right. You offer a life time warrenty. So either fix it right the first time or do it again.
When I actually went into the shop though the guy offered to fix if right there on the spot. He said he was a quick fix and had me on my way fairly quickly.
Not sure that I would return again, just because the fact that if you're going to act like I'm a burden I'll take my money else where. 3 stars. Not terrible service. But definitely could improve.
