I brought my car into freeway auto body after reading the reviews and I am so glad I did! I would recommend this place to anyone! I experienced my first auto accident recently that prevented me from driving my car safely. This happened the day before I was leaving the state for vacation and I was scrambling trying to work out things with insurance, rental car if needed and finding a shop my car could stay at while I was gone without paying lot fees. I called freeway and Mike Osterman could not have been more helpful! He was so easy to work with and he even helped me deal with insurance companies. He let me keep my car at the shop for the week I was gone and agreed to fix my car for a very low price (even fixing things he didn't need to) after the insurance company deemed my car totaled. The day I got my car back from vacation my car was fixed and ready. I was very impressed with the result of the repairs. Damage from the accident is barely noticeable. I highly recommend freeway auto body and trust they will always do a wonderful job.

I can't say enough good things about Freeway Auto Body. The most important thing in an autobody shop is how trustworthy they are and the quality of their work. I can tell you that on both fronts, Freeway earns an A+. They took care of EVERYTHING with my insurance, and I found through the process that they are on a short list of preferred shops for Liberty Mutual to work with. They fixed my truck in record time, and it came back to me looking better than before the accident! Couldn't be happier with the entire experience and now recommend Freeway to all my friends and family. There's nothing good that comes from an accident, but these guys make the process as painless as possible.

I went to Raymond Autobody before and had a terrible time and was had to rent a car. It took them over a month to do a 22 day job. I went to Freeway for my next issue and they were done in a week, and were amazing!

I have been going to freeway since 1969. Followed in my father's footsteps as he used it when Mike's father ran Freeway. I have probably used their services a dozen times and each experience was excellent. Everyone I have referred there has also had great results. Most recently, I hit a deer and the repairs were extensive. Parts were OEM although i was told that the insurance company might require substitute parts. Apparently they didn't. My car is black but the color match was perfect.
Mike, his sons and the others at freeway are reliable and do excellent work. All are salaried so there is no incentive to do the work fast. Just to do the work right.

MY CAR WAS REPAIRED WITH CHEAP CHINESE PARTS BY FREEWAY ALTHOUGH THE OWNER AND INSURANCE SAID OEM WAS CORRECT. FREEWAY WAS VERY DISHONEST. The insurance company showed me their original paperwork which authorized the original parts. FREEWAY OWNER stated
"YOU ARE NOT THE CUSTOMER, THE INSURANCE IS THE CUSTOMER!!!" TO DODGE CULPABILITY.
I found out about the deception from Freeway when the bumper assembly cracked after bouncing off soft snow in my side yard. Chinese parts can't handle MN cold weather. I then paid a reputable shop to reinstall the original bumper assembly as Freeway owner dodged my calls, lied about whose fault it was and refused to deal with my complaint. Please go anywhere else.

This place is wonderful - and it's run by a great guy. I've used FREEWAY three times in my career - and all three times I've been so thrilled by the results, I've almost kissed the owner. I've hit two deer, and been nearly killed by an 18 wheeler - - and MIKE has made my car look like the day I purchased it. Right now, I'm saving for a new paint job. I want MIKE to, once again, do his magic on my seventeen-year-old auto. Highly recommend this place and hey, I'm a woman!!

Mike from Freeway is unbelievable in the con man category.
He promised my friend that he would use OEM parts after her car was rear ended. He did not and as she was so grateful that her car looked(yes...it was not) good, she gave him a 50 tip. He has fought her for over a year to not do right by her car, even though she was badly hurt in the crash and does not have energy to fight him. He has lied to her and everyone else.
He uses super cheap parts that break in the cold weather...substandard all the way.
Do not trust these guys...Freeway says " the insurance company is the customer...the owner is not so it doesn't matter if we tell the owner the truth."
Only go to this shop if you want poor quality work, to be ripped off, and lied to by the owner. Very nice to your face until you confront him, then he pulls out the monster mask.
