I owe a huge thank you to Back Bay Auto Repair for helping us make it to my son's championship game in Oxford!! My truck broke down and I made it to Ole Reilly's and Back Bay (Stephen)happened to be in the store and offered to help me!! He towed my truck put on a water pump and belt and had us back on the road in an hour!!!! We made it safely in the 3rd quarter and I was able to hug my son as he won his First State Championship!!!! I can't express to you how great full I am!!! Thank you so much I'm tearing up as I write this because it's nice to know there are some awesome people that are willing to help even after hours!!! My son said to tell you he appreciates you taking care of his mother and sister and having us there to share this awesome memory with him!!

I found myself in Tupelo for business when my car wouldn't start at 7pm on a Saturday night. Various people tried to jump start my car with no success so I was left stranded trying to find a mechanic willing to work on Sundays to fix my car. I couldn't even reach an answering machine at other places, somehow Stephan took my call, he personally came out on a Saturday night (taking time away from his family to help a stranded stranger), drove me to a hotel, fixed my car that evening and I was able to get back onto the road as scheduled. Unbelievable service, my sincerest gratitude to Stephan for making what could have been a very expensive stressful situation into no big deal at all. Thank you!!!

These guys are awesome, honest, and quick. My wife and I were on our way from Atlanta to New Mexico on a Friday night when our 1993 Mercedes Benz 300D diesel broke down. This place sucks. Was suppose to be there this morning to have some work done to my car. Told me to be there this morning, got there a little before 8am and waited and waited and waited for someone to show up. Sign on the door said they opened at 8 but I sit there and kept trying to call the office and his cell phone and had no response, waited til 9:45 and nobody had still shown up so I finally left and went to another place. Thanks for wasting my whole morning!!! At least have the decency to call and say you can't make it in. Pi**ed as can be

I had a great experience at Back Bay. My water pump went out on Saturday night while traveling back to Florida. The owner came in on Sunday afternoon (everything is closed on Sunday) and repaired my car. He knows his stuff and was fair on price. I was stranded and needed to be home on Monday and he made it possible. Highly recommend!
