The best consumer service you can find. I searched throughout the state of Michigan for the best facility to repair my Volvo s60R. Let me say, I love my car and take extreme care of it and I was scared that after an accident it would never look the same. One Stop Collision takes a lot of pride in their work and it showed in the results. I told Adam I came to them because I wanted the best job done and he delivered. They offer options to help you with your situation, but that's no the point here. They do the best job, they care about their work, and they treat you like you've been their customer for 20 years from first contact. I wish I could show pictures of my car! I have a project Porsche that I'm almost finished with and I'm bring it to them for paint! Honestly, this is an awesome facility with the best staff!

I just want to say that I am very pleased with this company... They paid my deductible ... they fought with my insurance company to do the job correctly and they got it done in a timely manner. on top of that Erin actually set up a rental car that only cost me $20 a day .. so she's not only pretty but she's a pretty smart cookie when it comes to the business and dealing with insurance companies and communicating with people ... Adam really worked for me on getting me on the road with the most minimal expense possible... I really like these people and I the way they took care of me!

They truly care about you as a person!

This has been my third or fourth experience with One Stop and I came back each time because of the awesome and dedicated service I received each and every time! Needing repair work for whatever reason is never fun but Adam and Erin showed that the truly understand the frustration behind that and put you as the customer first. They were very compassionate about my situation and I felt truly cared about the situation from my point of view for me and my family rather than just caring about the business or what the insurance company wanted. Erin kept an open line of communication through the entire process and I felt she was always on my side, going above and beyond, to ensure things were handled in a timely manner with the insurance process. Adam and the guys truly showed what customer service means when he took my familys needs into consideration over what the insurance company wanted him to do. We had a van that was finally declared totaled in flood water and after three long weeks of dealing with the insurance company on this they had to agree with Adam in that the vehicle couldn't be repaired due to the unknown of the long term possibilities on the vehicle. Adam and his team had our best interest in mind from the beginning and did everything he could before concluding it simply wasn't safe to repair without knowing what could happen down the road. I would definitely recommend One Stop for any repair or collision work, we had another vehicle serviced there a few years ago for collision work and it looked amazing when they were done! If you want a company that has YOUR best interest in mind this is the one!

Very impressed! Everyone else wanted to charge me up the butt for a half-ass job, while One Stop only charged me half the price and did a stupendous job on my van's quarter panel! They even washed and waxed it for me. I would recommend them to everybody who needs some body work done to their vehicles! My time was shorter than expected, even for a holiday weekend! Great quality work, great customer service, awesome price! Thank you so much for working with me! Your shop does the best work around!

Just got my car back from one stop collision. They were fantastic to work with. Not only does my car look great (they even washed and detailed her) they were helpful in navigating the world of insurance. My car was completed in the time promised and everyone was friendly and helpful. Hopefully I never need body work done again, but if i do I know I'll be taking my car to One Stop.

I just got my car out the shop yesterday due to someone vandalizing my car,, it was so beautiful from the paint job to the way it still road,, like new. I was recently in a car accident. I initially took my car to a certain collision shop and after shopping around I learned about One Stop Collision. I called and spoke to Erin whom was very helpful! I had my car towed from The first collision shop to One Stop. One stop Collision assisted me in handling my claim, kept me abreast of my car and gave me a peace of mind! I originally brought my car in to get the rear bumper fixed but he saw that I had damage on my front bumper and windshield and helped me through the insurance process so I could get my entire car fixed. Despite the lack of professionalism on my insurance company's part, my car was finished in less than a week! Also, I had some rust on the hood that he also took care of free of charge! Great service, good prices and quality work. This is now my go-to autoshop! Highly suggest this to everyone!

The best customer service ever. Great team of people. My car was finished before the very fast promise date and included a fantastic deal on tires after the owner discovered they could cause accident in future. These guys are fantastic. Worked around my schedule and provided excellent service. Have used One Stop for a number of repairs. Always on time and the work is extraordinary. My '04 PT Cruiser with 674000 miles looked almost new when I last brought it in with deer damage. Adam and his crew were outstanding. These guys really go the extra mile to save you money make sure you're kept up to speed regarding your repair. I was literally minutes away from paying a very expensive towing bill for my Audi when Erin helped me add it to my insurance claim. After the adjuster came out to look at the car , I got a call from Adam within an hour to explain the estimate and the negotiations that would be taking place between the body shop and insurance company to make sure the repair was done properly. When I had to come in to get some paperwork out of the car, all of the technicians were friendly and helpful ( even though my visit was interrupting their smoke break). The body shop has a contract with enterprise that saved me even more money than my corporate discount did. Overall, it has been great to work with them so far. I work for a luxury car dealership, and if the repairs are as good as the customer service I will definitely be sending thenr my clients in the Detroit area.
