air conditioning repair

I needed someone in Bay City, MI close to downtown, because she would need to drop it off close to her work place. They went the extra mile to take her back to work while they figured out her air problem. It was appreciated. They solved the problem quickly and also reviewed a brake light problem (without additional charge. Mike & Darren where terrific! Thanks!

Morgan's Is The Best in Bay City!

The staff are respectful to everyone (no gender bias), and they get you the best possible price they can on parts and anything else you need done. When they give me an estimate. They always honor it. THANKS MORGANS!! I'll never take my car anywhere else!

I bring my car in for service to Morgans Auto Repair because i know i will not be sold anything more than my car needs. The employees are very trusting and knowledgable. I usually drive away assured that my car problems have been fixed.

Morgan's is so great. I'm sorry I didn't "discover them" years ago. They do great work. It's done when they say or quicker, and they don't try to sell you parts you don't need. They always treat all customers with respect. They are very reasonable with charges. I can see why people keep coming back to them.

Highly recommended. I was staying in Bay City during the month of August, and our 'check engine' light came on about a week prior to us returning to Colorado. We were referred to Morgan's by our hosts, and we were very pleased. Everyone I encountered was polite and courteous, from the ones answering the phones, to the one explaining what was wrong- he even saved the bad hose to show me when I came in to pay. Great work, gentlemen- keep it up!

Such a great auto repair place! The staff is very reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything to you. Very friendly and easy to talk to. The prices are very reasonable as well. They've been around for 50 plus years...so they know what they're doing!!!

I have my 78 chevy there at the moment because my garage is full. And i usually dont mess with transmissions anyway. But as i was driving down adams street my serpentine belt came off and i lost all steering. So i had the truck towed to Morgans. I called them the next day to let them know i was dropping the keys off. The same day they had that truck in the shop and called me the next morning. To tell me exactly what was wrong wrote it out in detail. And they are going the extra mile to figure out my 4x4 transfer case pattern. Which i did not know because it had a aftermarket transfer case. And the prices are exceptional. I definitely recommend the honest and quality service they provide. Im actually happy i didn't have room in my shop to fix it this time because then i couldn't write this review on my experience with this great shop
