Randall's Autohaus carries Amsoil synthetic oils, fluids, and Amsoil coolants specifically for European cars. They do Amsoil oil changes, transmission, differential and coolant services. Randall Field is great for customer service!

Just had my SL65 AMG tuned at Randall's after having some issues. Put the car through its paces and it is running like new. Had the opportunity to open it up on a restricted track and clocked 1 mile in 29.6 seconds @ 170 mph and was still pulling extremely strong when I shut it down. Had a big "Kool Aid" smile on my face. When it comes to knowing what it takes to get the most out of these exotic cars Randy is 2nd to none!

I love European cars. Since 1985, I driven Jags, BMWs and Mercedes Benzs, all powered by Randall's! The reason I say that is, because I buy used, I must have someone like Randall's to keep these cars going smoothly. Yes, the upkeep on European Luxury/Sport cars can be expensive. But not as expensive as buying new. If you can't afford to maintain it, don't buy it! Randall's is fairly priced and very professional. I recommend them highly.

I brought a 2003, BMW Z4 to Randall's Auto Haus that I planned to purchase. Randy thoroughly checked-out the car, explained the items that should be repaired/replaced, and the cost involved. This valuable information is just what I needed to negotiate a fair price for the car, and make the purchase without second thoughts or concerns. The day after I bought the car, I took it back to Randy for the repairs. Randy did a fine job with my car, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

As with any luxury car you have, repairs are costly. You can save a few dollars here, but don't expect huge huge savings.
If you need car repairs on the brands they work on, give this place a try.

This business is nothing but a scam house to take advantage of people who typically have money and/or know they can gouge the customer easier because of owning a highline vehicle. I paid 320.00 for these guys to tell me I needed every possible tiny item replaced in my engine ranging from fuel pumps to oil filters. I didn't need you to tell me you will change my oil for 110.00 I can do that myself for 18.00 with the same exact oil. It's unbelievable what they are trying to do and could not unrecommend a business anymore than this establishment. I paid 4,000 for an old bmw and other than a lag when I accelerated from idle it ran fine. So the estimate to fix this problem? $6,200!!! Take a look at the picture and see for yourself. Air filters for 25.00! Engine coolant charged twice for 25.00 when I didn't need anything for radiator issues! It's unreal and I only hope I help someone in the future by not getting ripped off here. They do not deserve to be in business.

I really hate myself for not taking others reviews in consideration, and got pissed off because I got ripped off, and can't do nothing about it. Rudest people alive! Save yourself a heartache, go somewhere else. These people don't want your business. They want your money and push you out of the doors. Their knowledge is questionable. I went to pickup my car that wasn't fixed. I ask to check the car out before I pay. He gave me a "What for? Your car is running fine". That was not the case, went to start up the car, nothing was fixed. All they did was clearing all codes and called it fixed. The mechanic that was checking out the car with me couldn't not explain what was going on. He pulled BS out of his ass. Please go where else!

Ripped off by them.
Worst part is that they look like nice people. Completely took advantage of me. After servicing my car there, my clutch blew off. They repaired it and advised me to get rid of the car. They do not stand behind their repairs.
My advice to you:
1. Don't buy a European car. You will pay through your nose
2. Don't repair it at Randall's. You will get financially raped.

I couldn't even get my foot through the door. My advice to your company, get a knowledgable person to answer your phones. A RUDE lady answered the phone and apparently didn't know anything. She kept saying "I don't know, we don't know you and don't know your car" in the RUDEST way. LOL. It's not that she couldn't answer my question, it's her ugly tone and the way she went about doing so. If I could've remembered her name, I'd gladly paste it on this review so she can see it. Seriously? Be rude to a potential customer on the phone when I politely asked a simple question? Totally brilliant of you. Thanks but no thanks. Don't think I want that kind of company working on my vehicle. I'll take my business some place else!

So why do my bad reviews keep getting deleted as 'hearsay'? I was a customer and had a very poor couple of experiences there. Yelp, stop deleting them!
I think it is just another piece of evidence that this place is SHADY, that my negative, and truthful reviews, keep getting flagged and deleted.
So again, I'll post a short version of what happened:
Owner was rude, very condescending. They actually damaged something in my car, denied it, then finally realized it, and wanted me to pay to have them fixed. If you want to see a more detailed version, look on demand force.
This place makes me sick every time I drive by it.
