I had a minor accident and couldn't drive my car home to Grand Rapids. Jay helped me tremendously by working on my car right away (after 5 pm) and getting me on the road with my two kids by 7 pm. Not many people would have worked after hours to get me back on the road, but he did. It was awesome!
