Awful experience to say the least. Less than 13 days after purchasing a GMC Acadia with 60k mi it broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed away with Transmission problems!! After calling Adado they advise to tow it to them and then billed me for the tow! I've now had to tow it twice to get serviced for transmission recall. It's a holiday weekend I have kids, I have a job and NO vehicle! Let's just say if could go back 13 days, I would've drove right past Adado!!

Shady as hell, ripped my girlfreind off, she pd over 7k on a jeep that was supposed to b 6500, called on the payout, they said still owe 5800! Wtf. Watch ur dealings with these ppl. The attorney general has been notified, and there practices will b looked into.

This is written on behalf of Bruce Hodgson who purchased a vehicle there September 14. This dealer is the best used car dealer in the Lansing area. Adado has the best sales staff! They are honest, straightforward and I left without feeling "sold". They will bend over backwards to get anyone financed and I feel like they fought hard to keep the payment within my budget. Adado's extended warranties are the best I have seen! Being that I worked for GM for over thirty years, I know that this warranty is actually better than a new car warranty. You just can't go wrong with Adado if you want a good deal!

The times I have taken my vehicle in for service at Adado Auto Sales & Service, I have been given the royal treatment. Bob and his staff are great. I am a finicky, savvy consumer and this is my review: Their prices are very reasonable. Their turnaround times are the best I've ever experienced. The quality of the work is outstanding. Would (and have) highly recommend(ed) Adado Auto Sales to friends and family.

Hi, I'm Bob Adado and I would like to talk about my customers. Every one rates us but no one rates them so I thought I would do that. 5 star is the highest you can get and if I could go higher I would. I have been brought rolls from the best pastry shop in Leslie, pizza from Mason, customer made cookies and brownies. I open our service department myself every day M-F at 7.30 am. My customers come in and we laugh, joke, and share a cup of coffee as their car is being serviced. This is a business where my customers spend their money and I make my living. I am blessed to have such a great customer base. We always end our business with a hand shake and a smile and I want to thank our customers for that.
