Super Service

My fresh out of college daughter had her old car break down. She was able to get it towed by AAA to H&I. They stored the car inside and fixed it the very next day. Price was less than the guesstimate. Chris and staff are super friendly and go out of their way to provide fast and efficient service at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and with this positive experience I can highly recommend.

I was about to start running my errands today and while waiting at a traffic light smoke started billowing out from under my hood. They took my car in right away and called me a couple hours later letting me know it was fixed for about 1/6th of the cost I expected. Very friendly, very fair, very efficient service. I have never been happier having my car repaired.

I have gone to H&I Auto Care for numerous years with numerous cars. They preform great work at a fair price. They are always honest and they will tell you if the problem is truly safety related or a must fix. I always know my car or van is in good hands with them and I have continuously refered friends and family to their shop. A few years back, they moved to a larger shop. While there are many more auto shops now between my house and their place, I gladly go the extra miles knowing the vehicle will get fixed right.

i was up the street from H&I auto care at around 2AM when my battery just failed on me. i had no idea what happened- the cable to the battery knocked loose, but i was really really scared.
i called a tow company. i didn't want to go to my regular mechanic because i don't really like the service. he told me to go to H&I down the street. he towed it about half a mile there and left it there. all i had to do was write a note and leave the key
what was awesome was that they didn't touch my car unless i gave them permission. even though my car was sitting in the lot, they made sure to call me and ask me what i wanted to do. i actually thought i knew the answer to my problem and told them i wanted to test the battery on my own. they let me do it, free of charge. they didn't charge me a penny for leaving my car on their lot. they were really courteous and nice about it too. they even let me work on the car while it was in their lot, no problem.
they called me whenever i asked them to with updates on my car. they even called my boyfriend to make sure he knew what was going on too- i didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me because i was a girl who didn't know much about her car.
i found out it was something i couldn't fix and they told me the price BEFORE the service. the exact price. they didn't end up tacking anything on to it, they didn't find weird excuses for fees and such- the price they gave me was the price i got. and it was really affordable. not a big deal at all, less than $100. didn't take too long either.
i wish i lived closer or i'd go here all the time!

They did a good job on my vehicle and even kept their promise of a loaner which wasn't the best car although I had it running and got me back to all my errands for the day. The lady rep who I talked to over the phone was very nice/polite and helpful... Walking in and talking to her in person was no different... She was absolutely pleasant and wonderful... My only reason for rating this as 4 stars is because they had told me I would receive my car @ 6 pm when I took it in @ 10am. Instead I got a phone call next day around noon. Anyhow I returned their loaner and got mine checking out with the Yelp coupons helped the pricing out to be less than the original

I have taken my wife's and my cars there and I have been more than satisfied each time. Recently, for example, my check engine light went on when I was nearby. I went to H & I. They asked if I wanted to wait for it. When I said yes, they drove the car, told me exactly what caused the check engine light, told me what test they would need to run and its cost, ran the test and found and replaced a cracked hose. They did all of this, and an oil change that I requested, within 30 minutes for $90!
I highly recommend H & I. They are cordial, fast, honest, good and very reasonably priced.
