Took my car in for an alignment after a tie-rod replacement. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable . My pick up time and service cost were exactly what I was quoted. Work quality was excellent, I even got a before and after printout showing my wheel alignments. Staff pointed out some things I should monitor on my vehicle without trying to sell me any other services. Very professional overall. I will definitely be taking them up on their coupon for a 4 wheel balance and rotation in the future!

Took our BMW 325xi to Advanced Auto Sports and couldn't have been more pleased! They were professional, timely and definitely less expensive than going to the dealership for repairs. Actually the dealership diagnosed me as having to have the drive shaft replaced (and quoted me $1,470 for the repair) but when Advanced looked at it they found out that only the center link needed to be replaced and charged me $388 for the repairs. I appreciate their honesty and prompt efficient service. They just obtained a client for life...I will be bringing my Mercedes to them for its next service. Thanks again guys for the good work!

These guys are thee very best! Been going here over 6 years. They've worked on my Monte Carlo and my BMW X5 for every issue and they beat the dealer price by half with oem parts, all the while still working on lamborgini and bentley... Go here they know they're stuff!

Quite frankly, Advanced Auto is one of the best auto repair shops that I have used. They are a full service repair shop, from collision work, to maintenance and engine repair. Blanard and the team are honest and fair and will only recommend the work that is necessary. Recently I brought my wife's Traverse for a collision repair and the work was outstanding, with the paint mathcing perfectly. As far as engine repair, the mechanics at Advance are very knowledgeable, both with Domestic and Import vehicles. About the same time that I had my Traverse body work done, my 2009 Saab 9-3 required a valve and head gasket replacement. The work was done as promised and the car runs like it is brand new. In summary, if you are looking for an alternative to the dealership, then look no further than Advance Auto Sports.

I have been taking all of my vehicles here for a number of years now and have been highly satisfied. I have trusted them to work on foreign & domestic cars with repairs varying from basic oil changes to extensive body and paint repair, timing belts, etc. They are excellent to deal with, always honest and open, and very friendly. Their prices are very fair especially considering the high level of work they do. They stand behind their work and make sure I am satisfied each time I visit. I recommend them every chance I get. Look no further if you are in need of auto repair work.

I have a 328x 2010 BMW. I've been a customer here for a little over 1 year. This place offer superb customer service and excellent work at a reasonable price. Types of service received: oil change, spark plugs, tire check, light bulb replaced. I've never had to go back with complaints. A few people referred me to them and I have not regretted my decision since.

In short, I'm impressed with these guys.
Took my Volvo here purely on the basis of them being close to my office. I'd been consistently underwhelmed with my Volvo dealership service, and finally decided to look elsewhere. To be honest, my expectations were pretty low.
What a shock. The service experience here was superior -- from the moment they took my call answering my questions. They were direct and experienced -- and careful not to "oversell" how they could support me.
Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately. They took careful notes about the issues, and were clear about the window of time they needed. They even drove me to the local diner as I was waiting for the car.
The fixes were made with quality with suggestions as to how I might avoid problems in the future. Prices were extremely reasonable (particularly compared to a dealership). In general, I have a bad attitude about auto repair establishments since (up until now) I assume they're set up to cheat the consumer. What a breath of fresh air to see a small business that honestly cares about long-term customer relationships. As such, I will certainly be back.
Only negative is the location, which sits in a sort-of auto repair "strip mall" of other service providers. Hopefully they can expand their operations. Also, the waiting area could be improved. But it's an auto repair company. I wasn't looking for a Hilton.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to call "home" for all your auto-repair needs in the Farmington/Novi area.

OVERALL GREAT SERVICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
I am a fan of family owned shops. They clearly do their due diligence to provide the best service to compete with the many stealerships in the area.
I stumbled upon this shop from a small accident. (needed rear door scratch/dent and bumper repaired) I shopped around the area and got the best impression from talking with the shop staff. They were transparent, and provided an honest explanation of all repairs and everything was documented properly. They provided good pricing for labor and parts. There was an unexpected addition to the required repair to my vehicle and there was a discount to this with no extra labor. Additionally they changed my oil (which I provided) and rotated my tires free of charge.
Although they "specialize" in imports, they did a great job on my F150.
I will definitely return for any future body work or mechanical repairs required.

Amazing service here. Took my civic here to get it detailed before selling, and not only did the car come back looking honestly better than it did coming off the lot in 2009, but the guys were very nice and one dude even offered to drive me back to my house after dropping the car off. This is another testament to the guys working there; I had left a $20 bill in the console and forgot it was there. But it was still there after the car was finished being detailed inside and out. I highly recommend this place for any detail work that you may need. I worked as an auto detailer for a few years in college and I promise you that these guys know what they are doing and you will not be disappointed in the least.

I was referred to this place to fix my fuel pump on my 2006 Monte Carlo by a good friend. He said he knew the guy, whose name turned out to be Sam Bashir. I'm not sure if he was the owner or manager, but this experience was absolutely amazing. The price was the lowest around, it didn't take long, and when I was checking out Sam says to me "Call me and let me know how it's running" -- the way he said it, I knew I wasn't going to have any problems! Quality...highly recommended.
