Very professional! But still personable. They treat you with respect. They actually smile! and have a get it done attitude! Very clean and updated. Nice waiting room with cable tv and wifi. My only complaint no HBO haha jk. Best place in Oakland county in my opinion!

Scene; LTM. Asked for front end alignment. LTM "We must do a diagnose. It costs $50." Customer. "Oh, ok." They must pay for their tools w your $$$.'You are charged $180 for your alignment. NO one escapes their diagnostic charge. No one.

Funny thing, another company serviced my mom's car, it cost a large amount of money, a couple of weeks later, she went in to the "tire" place again for something different and they said she needed to have the exact same thing fixed again......LTM just fixes what is wrong with your car, it runs very well when they are done with the repairs, and they actually do what they charge for. Integrity is so easy to give up in this business, trust is so hard to earn, they have my trust, my mom's, my son's. I recommend them highly.

I HAD A DRIVER WITH A BREAKDOWN, I PICKED LTM BECAUSE OF THEIR LOCATION, I HAD NO EXPERIENCE WITH THEM PRIOR TO THIS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, AND GOT MY DRIVER BACK ON THE ROAD ASAP. HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES SINCE THEN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Terrible service! I brought in my trailer to have the bearings done and ended up having them do all the bearings and breaks and wiring on the whole trailer because I didn't want to deal with it! I was told around 700 and it would be done in 3 days. 5 days later it's still not done and was told it needed a break line so I said ok fix the line even though it should of been part of the original quote. I get a call 3 days after the that and they say it's done, I get up there and they tell me it's $1100.00 which was way over what I agreed to! They wouldn't help me out on the price at all and I had to give them a card before they would release the trailer to me! Once I got the trailer hooked up to my truck I found out that they didn't do half of what was supposed to be done! Ended up needing to be completely re-done! I called the owner and he won't return my calls! I wouldn't recommend this company to fix my kids go cart!
