Have now went to Stateline for 2 years, they have the absolute best pricing on new tires. I went over today for my AC to be looked at and they did not charge me, said everything looks good. I Would recommend Stateline to anyone! I live in Cleveland, it's worth the extra trip to Stateline.

I've been taking my BMW Roadster to Stateline since they opened. Just had to take it in again yesterday. Their service has consistently exceeded my expectations. They are incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy and always very kind and accommodating. We were on our vacation to Florida and stopped in East Ridge for the night. Long story short we had a blown transfer case. Stateline car care went the extra mile and got us on the road the same day. If you need any kinda work done. Matt and his guys are awesome. Matt is super great. Came in for a oil change. Got a tires rotation too. After i left i went and got a car wash and my transmission link cable came undone. I called matt and he came to car wash and helped. Took it back to his shop and fixed it.

Stateline Car Center in Chattanooga is the Best! Tracy Mathews is an excellent manager. I was for a long trip heading South and my dashboard displayed a message. And I was fortunate enough to make it to their place on the side of the road. Almost right after I pulled in, Tracy and Mike, one his most trusted auto technicians, proceeded to check on it. They found the cause of the problem and fixed it. These guys rock!!! I wish we had them in Florida!

I'm writing a review this time because my experience with Tracy, the owner and Matt, the auto guru, has always been incredibly pleasant and positive! I have been bringing my BMW Roadster to them since they opened and their treatment of me and my car has consistently been above and beyond previous experiences at other places. They're all highly knowledgeable, refreshingly trustworthy and always accommodating. You do yourself a disservice if you don't choose their service. And that comes from my heart.

I have had to take my SUV there twice, once for front end work and once for bearing replacement. Matt is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and gave me great service. Since I was less than 5 minutes away, they gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. Tracy, the owner, is proud of the shop and it shows .. it is clean and the work is top notch and they did both of my repairs in one day.

First of all... I would rather go to the dentist than go to an auto repair shop where they take your car, leave for a while and then come back with the "bad news"..... Then I have to take out a second mortgage to pay the bill.. That said, you want to go to someone who is honest and fair.,. My experience with SL is they are both...

I had an estimate for my repairs at another shop and this shop was a little less expensive but could do the work the same day. And since I was less than 5 minutes away, they gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. Tracy, the owner, is proud of the shop and it shows .. it is clean and the work is top notch and they did both of my repairs in one day.
I still would rather go to the dentist but when I have to get my car work done.. I am going to continue to go here.
