Stay away. Did a bad brake repair on my car, 2 weeks after repair brakes went completely out almost wrecked car, took it back to shop and they wanted more money. Refused to pay they told me to removed my car. TERRIBLE...

I agree...what a great bunch of guys. i have been going to them for 10 years. always done right and always at the right price. they always take the time to explain things so i understand whats going on with my car. finally a car care shop that is honest.

The best service i have ever h...

The best service i have ever had. my truck was fixed right the first time below the price i was given.the people here are first class and went out of thier way to make sure i was happy. Highly recommended by AAA as an approved auto repair.best experiance ever at ann auto repair shop..kudos to cordova automotive.

Stay away from this business. ...

Stay away from this business. I brought my car to Cordova Automotive because the Check Engine light was blinking. They gave me an estimate of $800 and when I picked up the car, it was $1,200. I chalked that up to miscommunication. I drove the car home and to work the next day, although I had trouble getting it started. The following day, it would not drive. Cordova Automotive said to get it towed and IF they caused the problem, they would pay for the tow. So $1,200 later, I have a car that won't start and I have to pay for a tow and I have to miss work to get it fixed. I will not bring it back to them because I do not trust them.

The worst customer service and management from a business that I've seen from foreigners. This owner or manager or whoever he was could've effectively explain what's wrong with my ac because he's too busy trying to make me pay for some freon which I' was trying to explain too him that its going to seep out in a couple of days but I don't know if he had some things against African american or having a bad day but he just erupted on a customer for trying to explain what's going on with my truck. Long story short and moral I wouldn't suggest wholeheartedly not to get your repairs fixed here due to you might get exploded on with a temper tantrum by a supposed to be owner and professional. I will not waste time to say all of this in spite I'm just letting people know and warning you so you might want to try another shop especially if you're the type to try to get a clear understanding and you're not just going to let somebody tell you your drinking orange juice and really its piss. Take my word is was the worse experience ever

My vehicle has a special defect that keeps recurring, and, as a result, the folks at Cordova Automotive have seen the car so often they probably dream about it. They are fast, polite, efficient, and respect all warranties without complaint. They are understanding, as well, of a customer's particular needs. I would give them the best possible recommendation.

Sam and I have a running joke: He asks me how I am doing, and I say, "I was doing great til I came to see you." He laughs and I pay. Sam and his crew take very good care of me, and I would rather take my vehicle there than anywhere in town. And I always feel good when I leave there, that quality work has been done to my cars. The occasional repairs are always cheaper than a car note! There are three things a man cannot live without: A bar where they know you by name, a barber that gives you a great haircut, and a mechanic you can trust. I for one have a complete life. Thanks Sam!

These people had my fiance's car for about 5-6 days. When we picked the car up, there was a 12" cut in the cloth top. They denied doing it and claimed, "it came like that". That is bullshit! They even had the balls to put duct tape over it. I'm surprised they didn't charge us for that. They are dishonest crooks and thanks to the internet, everyone will know about it, I'll make sure of it!!!!
