Great place, great people excellent work. So nice to find an honest person to work on your car. I felt that they were very attentive and courteous and were knowledgeable about everything. When I asked questions, they were able to explain everything clearly.

Wasted $500 on parts I didn't need, and I still didn't get a functioning air conditioner. Had to have it fixed somewhere else. They may be fine for an oil change or a simple mechanical problem, but for complex issues I would not recommend these guys.

We had a great experience with Mogo last week. George was very accommodating and repaired a muffler with only what was needed, not a total replacement. Saved us hundreds of dollars and fixed it the same afternoon we dropped it off for an estimate. I would highly recommend Mogo to my friends and family members. Try them!

Decided to try these guys on the strength of a recommendation I got for West Side Muffler - they're connected. Front-end work. Price comparable to other reputable shops, not the amazing value their muffler side can be, but fair. Owner is friendly and solicitous - saw him tell another customer who came in for a quick repair but forgot her purse to go ahead and drive her repaired car home and come back with payment when convenient - kind of gives you a feel for the shop. Repair work done competently, they also did a quick and gratis flush of the power steering pump to eliminate a whine. I'll be back.

I definitely like this place better than any others from this area. They are honest and straight to the point. This is a smaller shop and may not have a large capacity like other chains/dealerships but they do the job right which is far more important to me. I will rather wait and tell me when they have time to look at my car than go back to any other place I've been around and get the car on the same day, pay a lot of money but having a mediocre service done. I'm a loyal MOGO customer now :)

Started out the week with a nail in my tire while on my commute. Since I tend to freak out about getting a flat on the highway, figured I better get it fixed fast. Stopped into the national chain by Crocker Park (since that's where I was when I noticed the nail) and was told to wait 2 hours - so I got on google maps and gave these guys a call.
Not only did they take me right away, they explained why a patch wouldn't work. There goes my entire morning (or so I thought), they replaced my tire with a new one. Since I was doing highway driving they rotated my rear tire up front and put the new tire on the back for a smoother ride. What I thought was going to be a pain in the neck turned out to take less than 45 minutes and was done for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to bring my car in for service to them in the future - the service was awesome and beat the heck out of the bigger chains.

My 1999 Ford Taurus that was given to me from my mother in-law in Florida had no heat which in Northeast Ohio is a big problem with our winters. Called up Mogo based on a Google search and online reviews for being an honest and good service shop. They diagnosed it as a clogged heater core and unclogged, flushed twice, and replaced with brand new coolant. Blows heat like a champ. Saved me a ton of money by not having to replace the heater core. Will definitely be bringing my car back here for service again. Thanks George and team!
