Very professional and fast friendly service! We got emissions testing done for both cars plus air conditioner diagnostic and coolant, all in a very short time this morning! Reasonable prices. Very nice waiting area too, love the fish tanks and "Lemon Drop" the bird :)

Worst experience ever. Have brought my car in for the last 5 years. Today my oil change was 50 bucks. When I questioned about the 15 dollar difference from October I was told that I should have remembered that my filter was extra. Turns out I was never told that previously. When he refused to refund me the difference because again he did not inform me of the extra charge I let him know he lost my business. His response: oh well. Lose 1 gain 5. Take your business ELSEWHERE as this man clearly doesn't care about long term customers!!!

I came in because I had heard a noise and I was told by Gene it was my AC and I needed to pay for an analysis. After doing so he said the noise was gone only needed freon. One day later the noise returned. I took my car back and the owner told me it was in my transmission. When I asked for a refund for my analysis because it was incorrect he refused. That Gene no longer work there and was not qualified to do anything but oil changes and therefore was fired. I said by your own admission I was misdiagnosed by your employer if you won't give me a refund could I please have some free oil change certificate and he refused. The noise turned out to be a loose bolt diagnosed and fixed free of charge at Brannon transmission. I have had both my cars here for oil changes and belts replaced. I will not be back.

This is one of the best Automotive shop around the Loganville Area. These Guys are very Honest and their work is outstanding. Three years ago, I went to another automotive shop (Name confidential) for an estimate on my SUV. They told me $637.12. I wanted a second opinion, so I went to RMR AUTO Shop, the Guy did a diagnostic and came back and told me it will cost about $390. plus tax. I asked him when can I get it done, he said they will close in 45 min and they can get it done the following day. I was at RMR at 7:45am the next day. These Guys did an awesome job and my vehicle has been running ever since. I will recommend RMR auto care to anyone at anytime. They work is done with honesty and the environtment is great. Chris Baker, sorry you had that experience but it seems like you want to buy your parts on line and return it to RMR. It doesn't work that way Buddy.

This place is a good place for car service,,,.I have known the owner for years. Ive been doing his wheel alignments for about five years. they do suspension work at there location,,,,,,The quality of there work looks outstanding on every car they have brought to me for a alignment. I use there services for some of my own cars........emissions test,, exhaust,,,etc. I run a auto shop of my own...so most of my repairs on my cars are done by me. But anything I don't do....he dose it for me....he is honest,,,,,,,,,hard working,,,,,,, and his prices are reasonable . I would highly recommend him to anyone. good people..good service

Do NOT get your car's emissions inspection at this location. The first inspection I had done here failed. The next time I went to get emissions inspection, elsewhere, after performing work on my vehicle, the inspector placed a fan at the front of the vehicle and it passed! Don't do emissions inspection at RMR Auto Care & Quick Lube, LLC!!!

Solid job, fair price, very friendly, no hard sell. Not as thorough as they could have been but I'm just being a little bit picky. Will definitely return because they are SOLID! Great customer service and very personable. Great experience overall picky or not. Thanks to the team and there service!!!!!
