My 2000 Ford Mustang GT transmission was rebuilt back in 2013 from bulletproof transmissions. The work was done right, and havnt had no problems since . Very knowledgeable in the field and prices are truly fair. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs.

Best Service Around

I have used Caesar's Shop on multiple occasions. Caesar is always friendly and courteous, prices are very reasonable and he never tries to Upsell you additional unnecessary work like most shops in the aarea, whether you're in need of transmission work or another vehicle repair Caesar is knowledgeable and experienced in all phases of auto repair, I've never had to bring any of my vehicles back, everything is done right the first time.. I now take all my vehicles here and here alone, When you've found an excellent shop and mechanic stick with them, I have... Caesar is A+.

Without a doubt, one of THE best repair shops on Long Island; almost like finding the Holy Grail. Caesar, the owner of Bulletproof, is the most conscientious mechanic I have ever met and believe me, I have met many many (too many) mechanics in Suffolk County. Go here, that's all I can say.

Recently had work done on my dodge Dakota. Bulletproof transmissions is simply the best shop on the island. Professional service, Caesar returned all my calls promptly and answered all questions and got my truck back running in a timely fashion. Transmission runs like new and was reasonably priced. Could not be happier.

I had my transmission done about 2 years ago and while driving my car one day my gears got stuck in neutral and seemed like the transmission broke again. So this time I brought it to Caesar at bulletproof. He opened it up and told me step by step of what he was finding out and what he had to do to fix it. Also on top of that my brakes had been squeaking for about 5 years (all the other mechanics I went to said it was just brake dust) and while turning my wheel it was making this weird noise (no one could figure out where it was coming from). Caesar found both problems and now my car is noise free and is running great.

bullet proof transmission did work on my my transmission an he advise me to put in a shift kit in, an i am glad i did , it shifts better then it was brand new ,everything went smoothly, plus you cant beat the price.

Took my car to Caesar at Bulletproof Transmission because I was having a problem I thought was with my transmission. Not only did he diagnose my transmission, but when there was no problem found he continued to look for the gremlin. He completely went over my entire car, finding an electrical issue, and clearing everything up, Very polite and courteous, excellent mechanic, reasonable prices and Caesar is actually one of the only mechanics I've met that doesn't try to upsell every job like every other shop does. You get service and quality without getting your wallet cleaned out....I am recommending Bulletproof to all my family and Friends ... Marc-

This shop is AMAZING! Ceaser, the mechanic was thourough, and communicated exactly what was going on. I had work done at a DIFFERENT shop, and Ceaser was able to rebuild my transmission, and he kept the old parts to show me exactly what had happened, and where the OTHER shop had cut corners. I really like having someone show me the old parts, so i know more about what was done.
Ceaser also didnt mind pricing out different options. For example, if a part was really expensive, he took the time to call other places to see if he could get a used or refurbished part, and what the price was. Then he let me make the decision on what option i wanted.
After the transmission rebuild, my Hummer had a second issue. I called Ceaser and asked him to take a look at it. He drove to ME! You don't find commitment and service like this ANYWHERE! He fixed the issue and offered help anytime! A real "Man of his word" type of guy! I am a Marine, so I really respect a guy like this.
I am writing this review not only to outline the amazing work he did, but also to let you know that there is a bogus review that is bringing his rating down. If you go here, I am sure Ceaser will remember working on my Hummer. He also took pics of the job and sent them to me as updates which was AWESOME! It really let me know he was doing HONEST WORK!!!!!

Stay away! they quote one price but charge much higher. It also took him over two weeks to fix my transmission. Another place I had a transmission done at, for a different car, did in in two days. Ceaser the owner is a jerk and extremely rude. All he does is make excuses for why it takes him so long to repair the car. The guy on the phone in the office is pretty nice though.
