Don't buy anything from this place. Pay attention to the bad reviews because they are true. Junk cars which are overpriced. They fix them just long enough for you to buy it and then they break down. Customer services sucks. Can't get a phone call back.

Worst car business in VB. Not ...

Worst car business in VB. Not only will sell you a bad car, but will not fix most of what would be covered under normal warrenty. Took my car to be repaired three times in a month, and each time it was there for over a week.

Best Experiance

I recently purchased a mustang from shoreline auto center and it was the best experiance that i have had since i have been here in virginia. They are a MAPP dealer and explained everything fully to me. They also went out and found me my car. Thanks again guy for the Great experiance.

GREATEST CAR BUYING EXPERENCE

I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE BLVD LOOKING FOR A CAR AND I ONLY HAD A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MONEY. AND I PULLED INTO SHORELINE AND WAS LOOKING AT A VEHICLE THAT I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR AND I WAS TALKING TO THE SALESMAN AND THEY GAVE ME A MILITARY DISCOUNT AND I DROVE OFF THE DEALERSHIP PARKING LOT WITH A GREAT CAR AND THE BEST EXPERENCE EVER.

They sold my dad a lemon, their not telling the truth about their cars. The whole under side of my dad truck rotten out. They sprayed the bottom of the car black to hide the rust but, after a month all the rust started to show. Took the truck to the ford dealer ship and they said it was a lemon.

Don't buy a car from Shoreline auto, I got my car there, had it for a month then it broke down, they in return said they fixed it and kept my car for a month to do that, keep in mind its a 3 month warranty, well I received it, and same problem came back after the warranty was up, and now I'm stuck with this car payment of 12,000 with no car, WATCH OUT transmission was done

I had been to 15 dealerships looking for a very specific car (1998-2002) Trans Am, low miles, and unmodified. Told them to keep an eye open and call me. Went to Shoreline and told James Owens what I wanted, and said he would find one (been told that before). The NEXT day, James said he had me a car there. Sure enough. ...had a 2000 Trans am, low miles, bone stock, looking good. Gave me a great deal on my trade in too. Thanks James!

Jose did an amazing job he was very patient and kind with my family we would definitely recommend coming here to get a vehicle the service was quick and they weren't out to rip you off like most car salesman they explained everything thoroughly and where diligent and making sure that my family and I knew what we were getting ourselves into and you can't beat the warranties that they provide that's a big deal we are very satisfied customers and really appreciate the way that they treated us

Had a good experience purchasing a vehicle here, however it took several weeks for financing to be finalized which I thought was very unorthdoxed. Especially seeing how I left the dealership with a signed contract and all. Either way I traded in a vehicle that they did not payoff until a month after my purchase of the new one. On top of that I had the truck for two weeks and it broke down on me . Supposedly the vehicle was certified pre- owned, it definitely was not. Had a family emergency out of state drove the truck with my family and a rear bearing went out on the rear axle causing major damage and left me sitting again. Contacted the warranty company to get it repaired they have refused, said it was caused by lack of maintenance? I paid out of pocket for the first repair on transmission lines that ruptured as well as towing thinking it was just dumb luck. Now I'm paying for a new rear end on a new truck . Point is don't trust anything they tell you! If you buy a vehicle here you will regret it ! I traded in two perfectly running vehicles for this truck and got the biggest p o s I've ever owned! Chalk it up to a lesson learned, if I could I'd drive this thing right through their front door !!!

I attended a giant Auto Sale about three months ago to find a car. It wasn't until I came across Shoreline Auto's section that I was drawn immediately. Such a variety to choose from. They gave me the keys to this beautiful Infiniti G35 and said "Take her for a spin!" Since that moment they have helped me with any problem or concern I had. Til this day they have hooked me up with any fixes and even a FREE DETAIL! Heck. They were so helpful, even my boyfriend and co worker both bought a car from them that same day! No problem. I recently purchased a Infinite G37 from TJ and I'm extremely pleased with the customer service he provided! He came in on a Sunday (on his day off) to allow me to make the purchase and gave me and my sister an ice cream sandwich. I highly recommend TJ to help you find your next vehicle!

I bought a vehicle here with a service agreement. Worse decision I ever made. Slimy lying used car dealership. Their service shop on Witchduck Rd near the Mexican restaurant is also somewhere I would highly recommend you avoid. I guess a half or no star rating is not a choice but thats about where I would place Shoreline Auto on a good day. Happy shopping!

No prices on the cars is frustrating enough. Salesman burned up a lot of our time. Sat in bad traffic following him to another location to drive the car. Then learned we couldn't drive it bc no key.

The other reviewers are right about this place. They ripped me off for a car that was way overpriced and it had a dent in it that they never fixed. I only went here because a friend of mine told me it was good, but I would never buy here again. Battle buddies, Wingmen, Shipmates military do not get scammed by this place. I bought my car here in 2009 and I still regret it and am still paying on it. Now I am wiser and am able to spot shady places like this. When I tell people about my first car I mention this place and how I had been young and dumb with money while in the Navy hence my mistake of coming here.
