Rick's Auto has been working on my father and brother's car for sometime now. We've joined now !!!!!Rick's had our daughters infinity for 2 wks and they promised to get to the bottom of the prob and they did. I really appreciate all your hard work and dedication and honesty to your customers. Sis said her car has never run better and she's getting great gas mileage!!! It really means a lot to us... My wife had the exhaust break off her car. Rick and company gave her a truck to drive back to work, fixed her car, and delivered it to her when it was done. It's good knowing there are great people and companies still operating. Thanks guys, we are blessed to have your company in town!

I love taking my car here. They always get my car in, in a timely manner, and have it ready for pick up on time. They have fair prices and the owner makes sure you leave happy. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

I was a loyal customer to Rick for sometime.. and I was gettin charged a arm and a leg.. and continue to take my truck there.. 2 years later I still ain't got it all right.. and I stop taking it to him over a year ago.. I am sick of all these shops see u got a lil money and try to screw ur eyes out.. spent over 13 grand in his shop.. and still couldn't help me out.. I got all my records of work.. It would be a cold day in hell before I took anything back to him.. over priced only fixes it good enough to have you back in a few weeks to a month later.. I have lost all faith in shops.. Taken everything to a deal ship from now on..

I can't recommend this place highly enough. My power steering has been giving me trouble for the past month or so. Today, it just wouldnt hold fluid- pour it in, and it flows straight out. So I had to take the day off work. I decided to give Rick's a call, they're right down the road from me. I had no appointment, and it wasnt early when I called- and they got me in right away. Dropped the car off, expecting to hear the worst. Couple hours later, they called- car was done, problem was fixed, bill was less than half of what I anticipated. Definitely earned a repeat customer today.

As a man who has owned more than a few cars and been to more than a few repair shops, I can tell you without equivocation that Rick's is a top notch facility. Not only is their lobby area a pleasure to be in, I found Rick to be one of the most pleasant people I have met in years. He provided me with only the services I needed (not the more expensive ones I thought I needed and asked for) and did so in a very timely manner. This is not only the kind of service person you want working on your vehicle, this is the kind of man you would be proud and feel privileged to call your friend. For years I have used the "franchise" repair facilities under the misguided thought that due to their size I would get a better price and service. Rick's is the proof that that is not the case. I know this....I will never take my business elsewhere, and if you have to push, pull or tow your vehicle to get it there you have made the right choice. Thank you Rick

Alex I told you when we took the back head off and did 1100.00 work at no charge I offered and told you if you didn't do the front head it would not. Be right you declined to have the front done.I feel I went beyond what any other shop would do on a 250,000 mile car we do a fuel clean and by the time all the carbon was gone there was no valve left on the back bank which we pulled the rear head off and put valves in it at no cost to you and offered to do the front at no cost and you declined. You also neglected to say you made a few trips to Illinois in it

I brought my car in with a misfire. I told the owner to fix what was entirely wrong with my car. He called back with a $2,400 bill. A week later I picked up my car and it was now knocking and a belt was rubbing. It sounded worse than when I brought it in! I took it back. On his attempt to "make it right" they got deeper into the motor and supposedly changed something else. The car partially runs better but still has a knock and a rubbing noise that never existed before I brought it there. For 2,400 dollars you'd expect results! Place is a bust....
