We took our 2008 Toyota Sienna to Derek to get our front boot assembly replaced as it was leaking. First we took it to Tires Choice since we have lifetime alignments with them. I was shocked when they quoted us $1200 to fix this. No way Jose. So, I called Derek and asked him over the phone how much he would charge. He said it would be about $650. We have used brians for 3 yrs we took our van in because it was missing so we figured just need plugs or injectors, when we got there we were informed that there was a new owner so we gave him a try, few days later got call from them said we needed a new engine at 2400.00, we also noticed that van had not been moved because my husband parked it crooked when we left it there, gave me a weird feeling. I told my husband we need a second opinion so we drove it home had the injectors replaced and it runs great, so I gotta ask do you think this new owner was trying to rip us off?

You can always trust what the guys at Brian's Complete Auto tell you. Today I thought I needed new shocks all around. Brian and Josh checked a few things like shocks, springs, tire wear. It's a six year old Pontiac (one for the Smithsonian or auto Hall of Fame). But they assured me I had plenty of life left in the car, tires and shocks. What the heck, it's paid for and as long as Brian and his crew continue to give such great service, it may keep going for another six years. I don't think I would've just paid for an oil change at some of the "franchised" operations around town. "Way to go Guys!"

Great prices friendly service. These guys are awesome. I price checked several places for replacing shocks and Brian's labor cost were literally half of what other places are asking. I bought my own shocks online because I was quoted 500 for parts by pep boys, I found a nice set of prime choice struts for 109. they ride great but most importantly they were professionally installed at a great price. I advise that anyone not wanting to get fooled into spending $1000 for an easy repair go to Brian's!! I will go here for anything in the future and I suggest you do the same!

I had brought my 2008 Lexus ES250 to Lexus because it overheated. They wanted $6,900 to fix it. Scared because that is half the value of the car, I called around and came across Brian's. When I called, I spoke with a young man named Josh. Josh took very good care of me, and told me that my worst case scenario would be $4,000. I had the car towed over and to my surprise, after a short time my car was running and driving PERFECTLY for $3,400!!! First time I have ever been quoted something and the price came in less. I have since been a loyal customer and will always recommend everyone to go see them!

The best Automotive repair shop in town! I refuse to go anywhere else, and i highly recommend this place to everyone. Out of all the places ive been to before, including the service dealer spots. My experience with Brians Auto Complete has been the best by far. The staff there is Very honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. What ever my automotive needs are i always take it to Brians Auto Complete.
