Chuck is a straight up, honest...

Chuck is a straight up, honest and trustworthy auto machanic. He really cares about you and your car. I have never had any one call me to see how my car was running the next day, but Chuck did. He is like a doctor, when you find a good one you really want to keep him. I almost want to find something else wrong with my car so I can take it to Chuck's for repair. I would recommend him to anyone, my family and friends and I have already done this.

Chuck the owner is a great guy...

Chuck the owner is a great guy! His mechanics are clean smart and polite. He makes me feel like a priority every single time I take my car in for service. I am an outside salesperson who uses my car for work every day, and unfortunately I only have one vehicle. So when something goes wrong, I need it fixed fast, cheap and done right the FIRST time... Chucks auto center is there for me every time. Not to mention that his prices are always fair. He has been below the low end of the spectrum of suggested cost on repairpal.com EVERY TIME! It's hard to find a good mechanic these days, especially one who goes that extra mile for you. I suggest you give him a try if you live in on the West side of Cleveland. Sure am glad I did, I will be a customer for life!

Excellent, honest and reasonably priced service

The owner (Chuck) is very knowledgeable, honest, and personable. He is very good to his customers and will tell you what is really going on with your car (he is definitely not just trying to make a buck). His prices are very reasonable. As a single woman going to a new mechanic, I am always worried I will get ripped off or be disrespected when trying to get my car fixed. Chuck was quite the opposite of this. He is a very nice guy and won't steer you wrong. I highly recommend this shop!

Chuck and his team have been providing excellent auto service for all of my vehicles, from rust buckets to my more pristine vehicles for the past few years. There is a key drop to make it leaving your car a breeze. His turn around times have always been fantastic, most within the same day I drop off the vehicle. The auto services are always what is necessary and of the highest quality. Bottom line, Chuck's Auto Center is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people that will perform your auto service in a timely manner with expert quality.

Chuck seems like a really good guy. Job seems to be pretty well done but I did have to come back in twice, however he didn't charge me for the second and third visit which is actually quite rare from what I've seen. Cost a lot but was expected and likely a decent price for what was done. Overall I'd defiantly recommend it to anyone needing car service.

I gotta say I loved my experience with chucks auto. Chuck answered the phone and was super friendly from the start. The price was better then fair and the work was done in a timely manner, meaning later that day i dropped it off! Its a relief to finally find an automotive repair shop i can feel good about taking my car to. I'm going back to chucks auto for all my car care needs from this point on.

I hadn't even had my car for a week and had issues with the brakes. After repeated trips to the dealership, and repeated assurances, the problem was never fixed. I took my car to Chuck's because I had heard great things about the shop. In just a few hours at his shop, the car was running beautifully. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto shop to take their vehicles to Chuck's.

My car wasn't running right and no dealership could get me in until the following week. I found Chuck on Yelp and called him and he took me in immediately. He is such a life saver. I took it in right before closing time and my car was diagnosed and fixed the following afternoon. I'm so appreciative for your speedy affordable job. I will be bringing my car back if I have any more needs. I recommend everyone go to Chucks.

I recently moved to the Kamm's Corners neighborhood and needed to get the shocks and struts replaced on my 2007 minivan because they wore out due to the heavy loads I sometime need to carry. I got several recommendations and estimates for new front struts and beefed up shocks for the back, and based on the price and some reviews, decided to have the work done at Chuck's. I also needed front brake pads and rotors which he did as well, again for a very reasonable price. I made the right choice and I am extremely pleased with the results! The van rides better than new, even when heavily loaded, and I couldn't be happier!
I only have the one vehicle and since the work took most of a day, I was able to get a ride home and back when the job was finished. My opinion is that Chuck is a straight-shooter, very knowledgeable, and will give you an honest estimate and a fair price. It's great to have a place that you can depend on to keep your wheels rolling and I highly recommend Chuck's Auto Center for anyone who needs auto repair service!

Chuck saved me when I was in a bind! While passing through Cleveland with another 6 hours of driving ahead of me, a seemingly minor bump ended up bending my axle. I could tell something was not right. I brought my car to Chuck, who had it diagnosed, fixed, and got me back on the road within a couple hours.
Since I'd just had some work done on my car just a few weeks earlier, Chuck was kind enough to talk to my mechanic back home to discuss the specifics. Then he drove me down the road to a little restaurant so I could get a bite to eat while I waited.
The service was quick, professional, and affordable. I got to my destination safely and just a little bit behind schedule. As an added bonus, Chuck even called me to follow up and ask if I'd arrived safely-- what a guy!
If you are in the Cleveland area, I certainly recommend Chuck's. The service is competent and quick, and while it's never fun to spend money on car repairs, it feels good to support a local business with a kind-hearted guy like Chuck running the show.

Heroic service!
Can't say enough about Chuck's responsiveness and integrity. Our 1998 Toyota Sienna sprung a radiator leak en route to our son's college graduation on the East coast. We limped into Cleveland on a Friday night while our son found Chuck's shop on the internet and telephoned him to explain our dilemma. Chuck's is one of just a handful of auto repair shops in the Cleveland area that work on Saturdays. He said he would install a new radiator for us if we brought him the vehicle first thing Saturday morning.
True to his word, he fixed our problem and had us on the highway again by noon. Work was professionally done and fairly priced. Given our circumstances, any other auto repair shop could have sensed our vulnerability and exploited our situation. Not Chuck. He even entertained the thought of picking me up at our hotel room to get me back to his shop and us back on the road as quickly as possible.
Chuck, you're a hero. I hope everyone who reads this post and needs his car serviced locally takes it to you!
