Brandon Taylor the general manager was very rude and disrespectful. Said he replaced my hood and then changes his story three minutes later after I question him about the replaced "metal"hood. The hood was fiberglass when I took it there shouldn't it be replaced with another fiberglass hood instead of a heavy metal hood. Over all had horrible experience dealing with Heritage Collision and Brandon Taylor won't take another vehicle there again.

Excellent service! Had my vehicle in a few months ago after a deer accident, they did a fantastic job! Then noticed an air noise coming from my window, they fixed it at no charge and it wasn't even caused by the deer accident. Dropped me off at work and then brought my vehicle back to me and cleaned it inside and out, again at no charge. Couldn't ask for better service! Won't take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend them!

After I took my Jeep to Heritage Collision, it looks like new. They gave me a loaner car, which was very helpful, and completed the repairs in the time they said they would. It's the only place I'll take my vehicle for future body repairs in the future.

Heritage Collision Repairs is a company that puts the SERVICE in customer service! They have an incredible team! They were attentive, helpful, and way more reasonably-priced than their competitors. They offered me a loaner car, free of charge, and went out of the way to work with my schedule. When the work was completed, my car was buffed and cleaned, inside and out. It looked even better than it did before the unfortunate parking lot incident! Then they thanked ME for for allowing them to work on my car. So rare to feel such appreciation from a business - this is definitely the place to head when your vehicle needs work.

WOW! These guys are great! I am positively thrilled by how great my car looks after Heritage Collision Repairs worked on it! They absolutely went above and beyond! They made it easier to be away from my car by providing a loaner vehicle. They were very nice, pleasant, respectful, and did wonderful work! I am almost speechless I am so happy and impressed... Previously, i had a negative experience with Pete's Auto Body in Mount Pleasant and am so thrilled that we have Heritage Collision in town! SOOOO much better!
