Just had my 2005 Dodge Ram engine completely rebuilt. Took a bit longer than expected, but well worth the wait. It has never run better, even as new. Picked it up Friday, and headed straight for elk camp. The increased power is amazing. I am getting 3 miles more per gallon, and that's with only 500 miles on it thus far. These guys really know their stuff. I would highly recommend then for anyone needing diesel or auto service.

I took my Audi A4 in for a timing belt. Auto & Truck Solutions came highly recommended from a very good friend who also had a german car. The shop said they had done this type of work before so I dropped my car off and headed out of town. ON a Friday I get a call, " we dont have the proper tool so we had to order it so your car will not be ready". HUH? why would you not have the right tool if you have done this kind of work before? IT should have been my first clue. I picked my car up 3 days into the next week; it was late so I didnt look under the hood (not that I would know what I was looking at anyway) The car was not running right I had called on more than 1 occassion and voiced my concern and asked it were an issue with needing the new belt to be adjusted??? I ended up taking it to another shop because it was running so rough i was afraid i might be doing damage to the car/engine. As SOON as the mechanic opened the hood he said, you have the wrong coolant in this car and then proceeded to point other things that were not right: the turbo line had been broken and now put together with a section of rubber tubing and 2 clamps. The timing belt cover was attached with a ZIP tie NOT the 2 bolts that should be holding it in place and protecting such an important part of the car. I am MORE than disappointed (and extremely irritated) with the quality of workman ship. One would expect to take a luxury vehicle to a shop and have it returned in proper order as when brought in. I have talked to Bob about correcting the problem; he asked I email him the list of things that needed to be corrected, fixed etc. His email bounced back and he has yet to return my Calls or text messages. It has been 2 weeks now. Im sure if Bob is the one to actually work on your car you might be in good hands but his employee, Brent (who happened to work on my car) doesnt seem to know what he is doing nor care about the quality of his work. I would NOT recommend this shop and on to contacting the better business bureau.
