Lied to and ignored

I went to inspect my car after Davis had it four weeks repairing it from a car accident. I was so excited to get it back but that quickly changed when I noticed it had hail damage that it did not have before. Although they did a good job on the repair they had left it outside during a hailstorm before they did the repairs and it sustained over two thousand dollars of hail damage. They proceeded to repair the car without letting us know about the hail damage which could have been repaired during the four weeks they were repairing the accident damage. Not only did they not notify us they did not acknowledge the damage until I pointed it out on the day I picked my car up. I had even called and asked if my car had been left outside during the storm and was told no. I will not lose them again

The well kept landscape and of...

The well kept landscape and offices says a lot about a business as well as the friendly welcome from the staff. This tells me they take pride in their business. I had a seamless repair to my vehicle with great workmanship. I would highly recommend this establishment.

A Mustang Must

I'm in the Air Force an I just knew that when I retuned an my wife had backed through our garage do my black beauty would never be the same. Boy did I get the best shock of my life. It was perfect I got down on hands an knees and went all over it the color matched so well that even my friends that seen it torn up could not believe it. Thank you Davis you helped bring this airman home happy!

The clouds broke open an the sun shone through

I had just made my first payment on my first totally new Honda Accord when out of no where I was rear-ended by a huge ford truck I was sitting still. The truck pushed me into the car in front of me. My car was towed to Davis on a friends advice . When I called them they we so helpful they handled my tow, had a rental car brought to me, helped unload my car seats an reinstalled them in the rental with out even being ask. The whole repair took 8 days from the time the 2 insurance companies had agreed with my estimator Brians findings. Brian explained the steps to me an everything went smoothly. All the staff at Davis Paint &Collision went above an beyond. I an so thankful that I chose them an any one else you will be also!!!!

Best place to get repairs

This shop whent way out of their way to take care of me and my car. Summer 2010 hail storm just killed my new car. Davis put it back like new! The autowatch progam let me see pictures of the repair as it was being worked on and keep me up dated through the repair. Thank you to all the guys that worked on my car. Wish I could post before and after pictures it was that good.

My last name is Davis.... No relation! I just had my daughters 2005 Mustang ($4856.37) repaired at this facility. Not once but twice. Second time $2500.00. I live in Moore and a friend recommended the shop to me. I belong to the Oklahoma City Car club, so I know cars. I'm Very picky! Paint matched perfect. Everything was aligned perfect!!! I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone that needs any repairs big or small! From the front office to the shop everyone was professional. Don't let your insurance company lead you astray. This is the place.

My sliding door to my van would not latch and I had to utilize a rope to keep it closed. I contacted Davis paint and collision and was scheduled right away for an appointment. I was provided with excellent customer service and rep knew my name. Jeremiah came right away to assist with my door. In less than 30 minutes he resolved the problem and thoroughly explained how he resolved the issue. I offered money to him and the business owner but they refused. This is a very honest business I look forward to doing business with.

After a front end collision, my vehicle was repaired to what appeared to be a new condition. An insurance adjustor inspecting the repair advised me to ask about a missing part that was later determined to not exist on my vehicle, however the customer service became atrocious while inquiring about the part. It took multiple visits and two years to get the final answer to the missing part question. I would bring the vehicle in, someone would note my contact info and question, and I would never hear back from them again. I finally did get the personal attention I required but not without having to deal with an agitated supervisor that tried to make me feel at fault for not being a more persistent customer. Unfortunately, I'm rarely home due to a long military separation and the addition of an unsympathetic company made my experience more difficult than normal.

Great service and outstanding craftsmanship. My daughter had a fender bender. Her first experience dealing with insurance claims and accident repair. The staff at Davis walked her through the process and explained in detail what she should expect. She received timely text updates that kept her well informed. When we got her car back you couldn't tell she was in an accident, superb job. Their ability to work with us and our insurance along with the quality of work made this otherwise unpleasant event more tolerable. Check out Davis before you go anywhere else!

My Mother In Law took her car in for repair due to hail damage. They said it would take a week. When she picked it up, upon arriving home, she noticed "crumbs" scattered about. She never has had any food in the vehicle. Further checking revealed an additional 263 miles on the odometer (less the 6 miles home from the shop)
