I have had two of my trucks at the shop and both of them had to be taken back because the work was done wrong. Then when I took them back they wanted to charge me more money and the owner would not respond to my calls or fix my vehicle I had to have it towed out of the shop to get it done right. I strongly discouraged you to take your vehicle here.

Took 8mths for them to fix my engine.. Unprofessional kept giving us the run around about our car.. They fixed my other car with no problem but that was only because it had to do with my wheel.. Worse experience ever..

Total Auto Repair has fixed my car on several occasions. Professional! Great prices and super cool people! I will be back again later on this year to get some engine work done. Highly recommend them. Go to them before you take your car to the dealer.

Had my brakes and tie rod end replaced. ...Total Auto Repair was fast, honest and got the job done. Customer service and management was great to work with. They made me feel like I wasn't taken advantage of like other repair shops do. I would highly recommend!

very poor service! We paid them to repair our Volvo. When we got it back the fuel gage worked intermitently. They were paid to repair/replace engine, they couldn't repair it after being told they could. Not a problem replaced the motor with another used motor from "a company they trust and do them right". I had to go to the shop and tell the technician what was wrong with the motor they had purchased and that cost us another $175 for a used throttle body that they just cleaned not replaced. The engine leaked oil when we got it back they wouldn't repair it, they tried to charge us another $400. The air conditiioning worked before they got it and it didn't when we got it back. They wanted to charge us a $100 to fix it and they had it advertised on Craigslist for $75. I recharged it myself only to realize the never tightened the bolts up so it leaked out immediately. I also found that only 2 of the 4 hood mount bolts were tightened. There was a vacuum leak that wasn't fixed and when we pointed it out to them the just put a bolt in the line. I called 6 on your side and the owner lied to them telling them that my wife had been down there calling the secretary a c###. My wife doesn't talk to anyone like that. Very disappointed with the service and would discourage anyone from going to this shop.

AWFUL! My boyfriend took his car here and they have had it for a MONTH! He has called there numerous times and has went in and talked to them, yet they always have an excuse as to why they can't talk to him. Very unprofessional. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. EVER.

This company works for an investment group that is basically stealing cars at the McDonald's on N High street and then ransoming them in their parking lot. My husband and I went into the McDonald's on N High to use the bathroom while our three friends went down to buckeye donuts. When we returned to our car, it was gone, and across the street was a taxi cab, ironic. When I called the number on the sign, I was informed that because my friends left the property it was towed, even though I and my husband, who own the car, were IN the mcdonald's. I was also told using the bathroom doesn't count. I have to buy something. I have never been so irate in my life and had it been earlier in the night I would have involved in the police because there is no way what happened that night was legal. It was also just a few minutes before midnight when the tow guy, who apparently hides somewhere near the mcdonald's gets off work, so I feel like he must've just decided to bring a car back with him because the parking lot was practically empty. Make an easy $110, right? Because my license plate says a different county sticker, meaning I'm not from Columbus, so obviously I'm going to need my car back to get home and it's new, meaning he probably knew I had the money to pay. Lets also not forget that my car is AWD and he likely had to drag it across the parking lot to then get under to take it. The cab we took told us that usually cars are towed a few blocks away, but no, they decided to tow my car 5.5 miles away so it would probably be even harder for us to get there before 1:30am to get our car. When we got there there's a big hummer out front with the tags "repoed u". Nice guy, I'm sure. We spoke with the tow truck driver who towed our car and he repeated that because we didn't buy anything and even though my husband and I went in the mcdonalds, they towed our car because my friends left the property and we didn't buy anything. Just using the facility. How am I supposed to know that if you don't buy something they tow you?! SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

This shop advertised itself as an RV repair shop but when I brought it in the guy I handed my keys to said "That they don't usually do RV's" I brought it all the way from Westerville, OH because I was promised prompt service as I had people lined up to come buy it. They made quite a few promises that they were unable to keep. I finally had to go down there on Sunday because someone was supposed to have given me a call around 10-11AM. I received no calls and around 1:00 PM checked on the shop. No one was there and my RV was unlocked in the middle of the GHETTO. I thus left an angry VM. I received a call back threatening me that if I came to the shop talking like that "things would get real" and basically saying I'd get my ass kicked. He then said come get your piece of shit RV and you owe us 125 bucks for doing absolutely nothing! This is the shortened version. This shop is UNPROFESSIONAL and DECEIVING. Shops get upset customers all the time, but to threaten them and charge them for nothing after several promises. This business should be shut down.
