Kincaid is the best Auto Body Shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are professional, kind, family owned business that will repair your car as good as new. I decided to use them when my car got damaged because I used to work for a car rental company, and in that industry you tend to learn which body shops are the best, and also which cars break down the most. Out of the hundreds of body shops, Kincaid was always the one who got the job done right, in time, and made every customer happy. I always heard great things about them from our customers, and they were also the most personable body shop I would deal with over the phone. Major damage to Honda Civic. Brought it in to Kincaids and they made the work with the insurance company easy. Color matched perfectly. Kept me up to date on progress. Fixed issues due to electrical issues caused by second source parts. Great service and easy to work with. Highly recommend for body repairs.

Car came back to us detailed and looking like new! Very nice people, very good hourly labor rate (for the consumer, anyways). It turned out our windshield wiper fluid tank was crushed in the accident, and they got us a new one in a day and installed without charging for extra time. Thanks, guys!!!
