Ron is a thief. I brought my T5 transmission in a year ago, loose, just looking to get new seals and bearings installed. I told him, "I'm not in a terrible hurry, take your time." I get no call for a month! I call after a month, wondering if he got around to it; nope. He sold it! He tells me that it was over fourth of July weekend, they couldn't find a replacement for the transmission because of the Holiday, so they just used mine. No call, no permission granted to use my transmission for someone else's car. Now I've called, stopped in, and called some more; no replacement transmission. Just "yeah, well get right on that problem." It's been a year, they are not looking to replace my transmission, they are looking to get sued.

Paid to have our transmission rebuilt had to have it towed back and repaired multiple times still doesn't work finally took it to someone else because redline couldn't fix it properly.. we requested a refund and now they're giving us the run around! If they don't do the right thing they'll see us in court!

Owner is rude, and all he cares about is taking your money. I paid them $2100 to fix my transmission and it's still not fixed, receptionist is giving me the run around. Bad company to bring your car to. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT Bring your car there. They're theives! And liars!

Did an online order for a 4l60 trans, called to check status and spoke with Ron himself. Very educated straight-forward guy to deal with. The woman who initially greeted me was very friendly as well. Fantastic customer service, can't wait to try my new trans!

Would not recommend this repair shop to trump himself, the owner is such a piece of work it's unreal. First, I got recommended by a mechanic I know (who know regrets and apologized for the poor recommendation) to go for redline for my VW transmission repair. He told us it was the valve in my trans that was the issue. He came up with 3 different excuses to WHY it took him 3 weeks to pump out my car from his shitty shop. First, it was a fuse and he said "I'm waiting for this kid I know from Volkswagen to come over and show me where it is." A load of shit. Next it was a belt issue. Then it was a circuit board. Next, the valve burned up he put in it. He claims to valve cost him $1200, I'm not expert (and neither is he) but I've never heard of no valve costing over a grand for a VW, maybe a rolls Royce, but not a beetle. He is not consistent, we would call and ask for an update and get the run around and then "I don't have any progress, I'll call you when I have an update." Days would pass with NO call. I went to the shop 3 different times and all I got was his piss poor attitude and him yelling at us for no damn reason. It took 3, 3 weeks for him to repair my car. When I got it after a nightmare and a half, the car was filthy (my car mats were tar black, the picture i provided was after 20-30 mins of scrubbing with dawn soap. He got it on my panels, he got it on the interior, the steering wheel, he left me on nearly empty when My gf picked it up, literally rolled into the gas station and ran out of gas (I'm not even joking). My girlfriend picked it up and left in a rage, she didn't even notice that he did something to my car because my airbag sensor is suddenly on. He told us "I've been doing this for 30 years." Clearly not, when I got home and started cleaning my disaster of a Volkswagen, I saw the printed out schematics of the fuse locations and about the tranny. Clearly, he didn't know what the fuck he was doing.

STAY FAR AWAY. This place is a joke and the owner Ron is an evil man who is completely dishonest and psychotic. I brought my car here two weekends ago (8/1) and let me tell you, this has been a trip to hell and back.
When we first dropped the car off, they said they would get back to us on Monday to tell us what the problem was. Come Monday, no call so we call them. They say they haven't found the problem. Come Tuesday and they state it is the starter & solenoid. They replace the starter and solenoid, car still not fixed. Lance & the front desk girl said we would not be charged for the starter and solenoid (because that wasn't the problem). They go back to the drawing boards to figure out the problem again. After not hearing from them for two days, we called and they said it was the integrated module. They said it was a hefty $900 bill, gave them the OK to replace it. Guess what? Car is still NOT fixed! Ha!
At this point, these so-called 'professionals' are playing the guessing game with my car & with expensive parts. Lance, the manager assures us we will not be charged for these parts because they weren't needed in the first place and they cannot figure out the problem, and they will call us when they find what the problem is. It is now (8/8) and I am calling them to ask for the car back because they clearly have no idea what they are doing and it needs to be taken to a dealership. After asking for my car back after them having it for a week, the front desk lady, Bebe, insists we leave the car til Monday (8/10) because they feel strongly that they are closer to knowing the problem. Stupid of us to believe they actually knew what they were doing.
So Monday (8/10) comes around and still no call from them. So we call them to see what is going on. They say it's electrical and they're still trying to figure it out. Bebe (front desk girl) keeps saying she will have Ron call us and tell us what's going on and that might take a while. So we waited til yesterday (8/13) to call Ron, and it is an all out screaming match. He tells me he isn't the one handling my car and he has no idea what is going on. What do you mean you have no idea what is going on?!
Anyways, he hangs up on me. I then proceed to go to the shop to see what's really going on. He immediately comes out and is in defense mode and literally called my mother and I C*nts. After hearing him scream the F word to us a multiple times we demand for the car back and he tells us to pay him $1000. He wants a $1000 to give me my car back that isn't fixed. What?! Complete joke.
After hiring a lawyer, the final amount is now coming out to $782 and my car is still not fixed. They want $782 for a car that is in the same state that it was when we brought it here. Needless to say, we're bringing it to court.
IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING, BE HONEST.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. PURE EVIL.
