Rudy's is by far the BEST body shop in Orlando. I am very particular about my car and pretty much a perfectionist. Obed and his team share the same values. They take care of your car as if it was their own. My door had a dent in it, and they were able to do the body work and re-paint the driver's side. The car looked brand new and you could never tell work was done. I even took the car to a different Audi dealership and they thought the car was mint. I HIGHLY recommend Rudy's! By far the best work and very reasonable pricing.

I had my truck re-painted at Rudy's and they did a fabulous job. They were friendly and most helpful and my truck looks great. They even put my new decals on!! I would recommend Mark and his crew to anyone who needs body work done.

My family and I were rear ended in our Prius V. Since we never had this happen before, we did not know where to get our car repaired. The reviews of Rudy's Auto Body Paint were excellent on the internet and Angie's List. Rudy's Auto Body & Paint actually have received the Angie's List 2012 Super Service Award. I called Rudy's and they explained, in detail and without rushing the conversation, the insurance process in detail, how they use quality parts, how they communicate with me and the insurance company and how they fix my vehicle. After speaking with the staff, we had our vehicle towed to Rudy's. Our vehicle was in the body shop upon arrival. They shop was clean and so was the office. The staff were there to help us remove parts of the vehicle but also repected our space so we could talk freely. Needless to say, our insurance adjuster totalled the vehicle so Rudy did not do the work, but the adjuster who has 30 years experience in the area commented that Rudy's was a good body shop and that they would have taken care of our car nicely. I will recommend Rudy's Auto Body & Paint to my friends and will use them in the future if we ever need them. I have already recommended them to the dealership where we will purchase a replacement vehicle.

My truck was rubbed in a parking lot damaging a fender and the bumper and I was sent to Rudy's by my insurance. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
They had it ready when promised, did an AMAZING job with the repair and even cleaned the car inside and out! If you ever need an auto body or paint shop in Orlando, this is the place to go.

My auto insurance has Rudy's as a preferred repair shop and I agree! When my car was hit on the street and I needed the door fixed they were able to fix it in less time and for less than the other estimate I had gotten. They were all really friendly and took care of the little details of helping with the rental car and sending mine back fully cleaned up inside and out.

The roof of my Toyota Corolla was rusting badly and I needed to get it painted. I got quotes from a couple of places, but Obed gave me the best deal and seemed more honest than the others. I was warned by family and friends not to expect a paint job on just the roof to look the same as the rest of the car, and was prepared to have to take it somewhere else to get it waxed so that the colors would match. When I saw the car, I couldn't believe it. It looked like new and I couldn't tell the difference between the roof and the rest of the car. They did an amazing job, and for a very fair price! They didn't charge me extra to wash and wax the car so that the finish product looked amazing. When I was about to leave, Obed came out of the shop and wanted to know what I thought of it. This is a family owned business it seems, and the owners are proud of their work and want to see how happy you are with it. I have already recommended them to my family, and will recommend them to anyone who needs a paint job/body work. I'm planning to bring the car back to get paint touched up on the other parts. I'm so happy I found a quality place like this that does such great work!

Our 2007 Honda Civic Coupe was rear-ended and even though the damage was not severe, the bumper was damaged. Overall our car has no dings or dents and we have been very conscientious about keeping it out of harms way to prevent unwanted damage. Obviously, this was upsetting and the bumper had to be fixed. The other party's insurance covered the damage and we were given the option of taking the car to several auto-body shops in the area. We had never had any dealings with Rudy's and was not familiar with them but since they are listed as an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, the online reviews are very good and due to the convenience of their location we chose them to do the work. We were more than pleasantly surprised. The gentleman that we dealt with at Rudy's was Mark, the owner. He was helpful, genuine and friendly. He gave us complete details of the repairs that would be done, he gave us options in case we were not completely satisfied upon inspection of the repairs and called the rental car company to come pick us up when we dropped off our car. The work was done in 48 hours as promised and when we picked our car up it was better than new. They did such a fantastic job I would recommend Rudy's without hesitation. The service, demeanor and overall performance of this family business gets an A+++ from us. Thank you Rudy's for turning an unpleasant accident into a positive experience. I must add, don't be put off by the location, it is tucked away in a very industrial area, but they are completely a class act.
