Called the Chevy dealer over on 38 and they said that this was the place that did all their body work.
My girlfriend had knocked the casing off of her side mirror and had been rear ended by someone with minimal damage.
Brian gave us an estimate, ordered the parts, threw in a repainting job for the scratch on the bumper and gave us the leftover paint when they were done in case we had to touch up something else in the future.
And they fixed the broken clips on the door panel that had been bugging my girlfriend for awhile for no charge.
I'm no car expert. Other reviews don't seem to "love" their work, but they were fast, prompt, easy to work with, stuck to their estimate, and went he extra mile. The work looks great. So...5 stars.

I accidentally bumped into someone on 290 in rush hour and wrecked his bumper. The owner had the damage estimated by three places and O'Hare Auto Body gave him the lowest quote. Since I was paying for the repair work out-of-pocket, the cost was important to me as well as the time it took to repair as I had to pay for his rental car too. He dropped the car off on Monday morning and had it back by Tuesday afternoon. Thank you O'Hare Auto Body for your fast turnaround and excellent repair work!!!

This place is absolutely horrible. I took my car in to get the driver side door replaced from an accident I was involved in. I got my car back and noticed air was coming in by the drivers side window. I took it back and they said they would fix the issue. I got my car back and the issue had not been resolved. I then returned it back another time to have it fixed, but this time I drove with an employee so they could hear the noise. I got my vehicle back and they pretty much told me they tried everything they could and if it was not fixed, they did not know where to go from there. However they stand by their word on resolving issues, but how can they resolve any issue they do not know how to resolve???? The service was horrible as well. Every time they had my vehicle, they would never call me with updates and I would have to initiate a phone call just for them to say your car is ready to go.. bad communication, bad service and too many chiefs running around and not enough Indians. Moral of the story, I took my car elsewhere and the issue was resolved within 3 days. Never take your vehicle here......

The guys here are unbelievably friendly. I was involved in a pretty serious accident and somewhat scared to see my car but Tony did a great job calming my nerves. Mike and Tony are two great people to work with and they found a lot of solutions for the problems with my car. I recommend them to anyone.

I love this shop. Sam runs this place and is supper nice. Always priced great I've never had a heart attack at what he is charging me. Sam will always tell you what you need done and how long you can let it go, he has told me things several times that saved me a lot of money. I was worried about my breaks so he took a look at them and said they just needed to be cleaned up and they would last longer. They lasted me another year no problem. A great shop and my whole family uses him now for everything. Go here for sure

Took my van there to get repaired, big mistake! The salesman promised a good job and guaranteed work less than a year later repaired area is rusting, call to find out what they could do for me . I got the total brush off what a contrast from when I was initially there too spend money. Steer clear of the shyster crooks go to your insurance companies recommended authorized body shop that will stand behind their work not these whip and dip poor craftsmanship shysters

These are the nicest most professional group of auto experts I have ever met. My Scion XB had damage to the bumper and they gave me a fair estimate, finished the work ahead of schedule and made my car look brand new. I cannot say enough GREAT things about O'hare Auto Body!!

i went there to get my rear bumper replaced since i was rear ended. i went there..got an estimate right away and they said they would work on it right away or whenever we are ready. so i dropped it off the next morning and picked it up 4 days later. they did a wonderful job. they buffed it out nicely and the painted great too..... so far no rust or anything. they also told me that i had splash guards and that one of them was out of place. it was like 1cm away from my tire... i never even noticed it when i was adding air or just rotating my tires so they got me a brand new set of mud guards as well no charge. from now on im going there since they are quick and also its super close.

I had my mirror knocked off my car and they painted it. I didn't second gess it, the job was done fine and timely. However I went back to get something done for my back bumper and they estimated it at $1,037 for a minor scratch. Every other place I went to to get a second opnion estimated me from 450-600. They tried to charge me double. They will never get my business simply because they are unfair and tried to rip me off.

RIP OFF... Shady workmanship. steals money from the car, car is already rusting where repair was done after two yrs. had work done by Berlin auto body 8 years ago on passenger side sill excellent condition.. This place uses used parts and rips off state farm for repair cost. Rip off bastards.. dont go there.. any place is better then these loosers.

I don't have much experience with body shops but O'Hare Auto Body estimated my car would need 5-7 days of repair. Not only did they finish in 3 days but they did an excellent job! Bob and Mile were very helpful. I will definitely be coming back here for any future repairs! O'Hare Auto Body is certified in Porsche and Mercedes repair and can work on any make and model of vehicle.

Ive taken my car there many times and I am now looking for a new place since my wife had an accident this week. I had the front bumper repaired last time I was there and I was so dissapointed that they didnt paint the whole bumper. They only painted the repaired section so half of my bumper was new and teh other half had scratches and looked old.. I was going to take it back this time around because I do try to support the local businesses but Im not going to be nice and get screwed this time again. Previous work that was done there had to be returned , once they left an rough paint job called orange peel which had to be resanded, the rear bumper was done and to this day it doesn't shine like the rest of the paint and the back door makes a sqeel every time I open n close it. Ive been too nice and now its time to get the job done right. Because Ive been there 3 or 4 times and I can tell you that their work is truly not that good.
