I have been to this repair fac...

I have been to this repair facility many times, and ive never had a problem. There prices and reasonable, easy to deal with, and ive never had to go back for faulty repairs. I would recommend them to my friends, and family.

Emailed them Today on a Sunday and they called me to let me know what to do on dropping of my car overnight. I have used them several times in the past and they have always exceeded my expectations! Thanks NCC!

Had some exaust work done by NCC Muffler and Break. They did and awesome job. They got me right in and also did it $70 cheaper than I was quoted by other muffler shops. I highly recommend these guys for any automotive work.

NCC usually comes through for me when it comes to muffler repair and state inspections. I did however have a muffler repaired a couple years ago and every time I tell them it rattles at stop signs they look at it and tell me it doesn't... Apparently I'm imagining it. That being said my other vehicles have never had a problem after visiting here.

Called on a Saturday morning, on short notice, to schedule my Ford Focus to have the front brake pads replaced and get a state inspection and they let me come in right away. This will probably not always be the case but it helped me out this time so that is a plus. Prices for services seemed fairly typical of other local shops but they have been in business for many years so I decided to give them a try. The lobby/waiting area is smaller and only has room for 9 people to sit, it's fine for adults to wait but probably wouldn't be the most comfortable for children. There are a few places within walking distance if you would like to walk around a furniture store while waiting with children. The staff was friendly and knowledgable andale me feel comfortable that they weren't trying to upsell anything. I felt comfortable that I was not being taking advantage of and that the maintainers knew what they were doing. Recommended improvements; (1) extend Saturday hours since they are only 8am to noon and (2) extend lobby area and make more friendly to children so that parents with children can wait more comfortably while their vehicle is being maintained. Other than that it seems like a solid vehicle maintenance shop.
