WORSE PLACE EVER if you need your car UNDER 7 1/2 weeks 6 MILES DRIVEN AFTER I FINALLY GOT IT BACK AND ALL TRANNY FLUID ALL OVER MYBDRIVEWAY NEXT MORNING 6 MILES THATS IT. I took car in and asked how long and cost. I was told 2 weeks TOPS. Iam single mom and live where the bus system doesn't run early enough to get me to work even close to 5 a.m. or late enough for days I close 11 p.m. so I took ALL my Vaction and ALL my holiday pay so that I only had to worry about getting to work 3 days and made sure those 3 days were covered with ride to and from work. I dropped off my car on Monday Feb 29, 2016. I called 12 days later 3/9/16) and was told they were getting to it Fri (3/11/16) and would have it Tues march 15th I am not out of vaction, and holiday pay and no way to work. STRESS, MONEY WORRY now, I call Mon Morn check on status, again told it would be FRIDAY(3/18) again before they even start and ready Tues( 3/22), however on sat March 19 the owner came into where I worked and told me sat they hadn't started yet and it would be the upcoming friday 3/25. Well he did finally start this friday and called me MONDAY March 28 first time he ever called me to tell me he ordered parts and the parts were our a WEEK before he would get them now we are up to April 4th still haven't heard anything from him so I will be checking tomorrow but not hopeful. By the grace of GOD I haven't lost my job yet but I am on my FINALwrite up I have over 25 yrs in my field of work and NEVER EVER been wrote up and now I am on a FINAL because of this shops' inablity to stick to their promise and get this done on time or even in reasonalbe amount of time. Iwiouldn't give this place ANY rating if I could and I would NOT even recommend this to my WORST enemy. UPDATE: FINALLY GOT CAR BACK (APRIL 9) ONLY TO DRIVE 6 MILES HOME AND WOKE UP NEXT MORNING TO GO TO WORK ALL THE TRANSMISSION FLUID COVERS MY DRIVE WAY. I DROVE FREAKING 6 MILES REALLY GUYS? REALLY? I READ THE VERY FEW POSITIVE REVIEWS ABOUT HOW HE KNOWSHIS STUFF..HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING...NOT IN MY CASE HE DONT. SO MONDAY 4/11 BACK TO HIM I GUESS IT WILL BE WEEKS B4 I GET IT BACK MIGHT AS WELL QUIT MY JOB B4 I GET FIRED NO WAY TO/FROM WORK AGAIN. THANKS ONEWAY TRANSMIISSION!!! AWESOME

Frederick with OneWay Transmission has really taken care of us. We have used him twice on both of our vehicles. Just recently, I had a small issue that he was able to get taken care of for me in just a few hours time, even though I called him last minute. He is super friendly and backs up his work. I recommend OneWay Transmissions!

I had BMW 335 I 2007 coupe with a water pump and bad oil leak from the oil filter housing with replacing some gasket only for $800 including the parts . all the repair shops will charge me $1400 only for a water pump replacement and $600 for the oil leak so total of $2000. You can guess how much they saved me. This place is just amazing doing great job on time.

Really the best customer service I have ever experienced Frederick listened and understood my situation I needed my vehicle back asap my wife was going to have our baby soon and we needed both vehicles asap and he got it done in time. After I noticed an issue with my vehicle so I called and told him it was jerking a little when I hit 45mph+ he said bring it in and we went for a little drive he said change your spark plugs I did and it went away really I think 5 star's doesn't justify the service at One Way Transmission!!!

Over the years I have had dealings with three of the major transmission repair places in Cache Valley. Frederick and One Way Transmissions is the only place I would take my car. You will be treated fairly with good quality work at a reasonable price.
