Amazing place to take your vehicle! P.K. is great! Plus after the work was all done, the bill was less than I had expected. How often do you walk in to an auto shop and pay less than the original quote?!?!? I was extremely pleases with my entire experience here and highly recommend this shop to everyone!

This shop is the coolest in town... cool people and they all have a very helping manner. I had to get a truck in a last of the minute ordeal here in kcmo, so I called in to PK and with little "Hey PK!" And a "sis, fix her up!" And next thing I know, I'm driving this big truck . Very Affordable Rates , Thank you all , made more of my journey more pleasant...mmmuah Love Ladybug

My sister in law used them for her to move and they lied to her face. We picked up the truck and went to start moving her stuff. Got to her house about 15 miles away from their shop and found out they forgot to give us a lock for the truck to make sure our stuff doesnt fall out. Maybe they're great at mufflers and brakes. But I'd rent my U-Haul somewhere else if I were you. A couple days after a day of snow and sleet, I went in to rent a pick-up. The guy behind the counter said the pickup he was renting me was full of gas and that I would be expected to top off the tank before I brought it back. I found the pickup's windshield covered in ice and snow. And the truck bed had an inch-and a half of ice on it. When I was bringing it back I realized the tank had only been half-full when it was checked out to me. Fulfilling my obligation, I topped off the tank, putting thirty dollars in. I had used no more than six dollars of gas.

After being disappointed with these losers several years ago I should have known better than to try again. I went in asking if they could do a simple 02 sensor change and said no problem and to come back in about an hour and a half, well I did, filled out paperwork and waited about 10mins and the "mechanic" came out with a bunch of excuses why he wouldn't be able to get to it. The lady working there was cool though she was telling him it shouldn't take long and there was someone else who would be helping him finish his other projects but to bo avail he just kept making excuses and wanted me to come back the next day...yeah right so he can do it all over again. Bottom line is theae guys are a bunch of rookies who like to run you around.

I paid money inside your place of business , that makes me a customer . Period . Not once , but twice , I had my scoot serviced at Antioch muffler and brake . It's very insulting that you would say anything like that . It's common in this industry (as I would assume you know ) that sometimes small payments are paid in the shop area upon delivery of the vehicle . No matter if it's a car , truck , scooter , or a child's tricycle ! PK portrayed himself as a principal of the business , a person in charge , if you will . Instead of being mad at a customer , (yes , I said customer again, I paid there , that makes me a customer ) perhaps you should have a talk with your employee / family member about screwing folks around . Lots of people know how he did me , and from talking to your counter person , this isn't the first time he's taken someone for a ride ! I guess I'll have to keep making known how unprofessional your business truly is .... So sad that common decency and service is uncommon these days .....
