Will never take my car here again. Had my car towed there after I found a hole in my radiator hose. The guy at the front desk was rude and had an attitude. I was told a guy named Mike would call me with an estimate, which he called later that day and told me that it was going to cost a rediculous amount along with a $30 charge to diagnose the problem. I told them before they looked at my car what the problem was but was still charged. I also told them a few other issues with my car that I would like them to look at and fix, they did nothing. Got my car back with the banging noise still and the power Steering still was not working right. Horrible car and customer service.

Website claims to offer Mercedes Benz service. Guy on the phone said techs were "Mercedes Benz certified". Oddly, they couldn't quote me on standard services (oil change, filter replacement, check pad and rotor thickness, tire rotation) and said I needed to bring the car in to get a quote. "Our techs need to see the vehicle and see what you need". Obviously not Benz Certified and obviously not familiar with Benz Maint and Services.

They told me i needed two sections of straight pipe to be replaced. they then quoted me a ridiculous price for such a task. They told me it was because they just didn't want to do it. Never again will i go here. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Not recommended to anyone. 0 Stars

Smart guy poor service

I scheduled an appointment for 8 am and they didn't actually start anything until 9:15am, to me that is very poor customer service. When I walked in the shop at 8 this morning they looked at me like I was an alien or I didn't speak English, this right here will deter me from coming back or recommending this shop for anyone. I just paid my bill and left.
